 Chapter 1

WHAT IS A CONSERVATIVE?

So, one might ask, what is a conservative anyway and what makes him tick? Fair question. Here's how I look at the differences between a conservative and one who is decidedly not.  First, we need to talk about common sense. Common sense makes up the core of all conservative thought and also makes up the great distance between those who are conservative and those who see themselves as progressives, liberals, socialists, democrats or whatever it is they call themselves.

Sam Clemens (Mark Twain) said once that "the funny thing about common sense is that it isn't very common." So, what is common sense then? Well, as I define it -it's the collective store of knowledge that we pick up during our formative years that keeps us from making dumb and often painful mistakes. None of us come into the world with a scintilla of common sense. We are all "tabula rasas" (blank slates) upon which life begins to write from the day we enter this world. 

For example, we quickly learn that pain hurts and we thereafter try to avoid it. Some things hurt, Fire hurts, bumping into the wall hurts and falling off ones bike hurts. We learn to avoid hurtful things. Conversely we find that other things are pleasurable and naturally gravitate toward that which is good and avoid the bad. This is common sense on its most basic and universal level. On this level, all of us have some common sense, even liberals. 

As we develop, our store of common sense grows with us. We learn discernment, which is a form of common sense. This sense tells us that some things are good and some not so. We begin to understand that some people are always in trouble and we should stay away from them- trouble rubs off. We learn to tell quality from shoddy in everything. We avoid cheap shoes because we know thy fall apart. We buy things that last and know that those things that last are of good quality. That is common sense. In life one finds that most of the choices one makes require him to exercise common sense. The clothes, homes and cars one buys with ones hard earned money all are decided upon using the knowledge one has gained along life's road. Not too many convertibles are sold in Fairbanks! 

The subjects one studies in college and university are, or should be, determined by ones interests as that learning might relate to ones future. A student wishing to become a physician, engineer, lawyer or scientist understands well that he is embarking on an academic pursuit requiring substantial effort for a considerable number of years. It takes dedication to enter into these fields.  

We learn early on that if we persist in our efforts to obtain given goals there are rewards for so doing. We learned as children that short term benefits are far outweighed by obtaining long term goals. Boy Scouts, over time and with effort, become Eagle Scouts and those who learn to play musical instruments know that the only way to become good is to study and practice for many years. We learn that successful outcomes depend on hard efforts- good things happen to those who devote years to becoming good at whatever it is that they wish to be good at. That's common sense! 

So, what is the take away here? It's obvious-or should be- There is no free lunch! Everything worth having takes hard work, brains and determination. That lesson lies at the foundation of all conservative thought. There is absolutely no possible argument anyone could make to the contrary. Building a bridge, a building or a monument begins with the laying of the very first brick and continues on, stone by stone layer by layer cable by cable, until years later it is finished. Building the successful life begins with the first book, the first test and the first job. No one can make anyone into a worthwhile human being by giving him things- It is 'only' through "earning" those things that one can be successful. Knowledge does not come in a can! 

As an engineer and a pilot, I learned early on that we all do and must learn from those who have gone before. Especially as an aviator, none of us can learn all the lessons the hard way. Many paid with their lives to teach us what not to do and conversely what to do. Accepting this knowledge is of course common since. All pilots have a high degree of common sense and all pilots who have flown for many years have even more common sense! 

We know for example not to ever advance the power levers without having more than enough fuel on board to reach our destination and then, if the weather is bad, to a warm and sunny alternate where we land comfortably with a little granny fuel remaining on shut down that we never told anyone about. We know we can't "print" fuel we don't have! Almost all pilots are conservative. We always plan on not having that tail wind and what to do when an engine fails. We plan and practice for the worst and know exactly what we are going to do. Pilots are not believers in "pie in the sky" and we don't ever wear 'pink sunglasses' -we look at the world as it is -not as it might, could or should be! Pilots are realists! We say it like it is! We don't 'sugar coat' anything! We believe that happy landings are because we make them so by being smart and capable! 

A bridge builder knows what the maximum weight of vehicles can be on his structure. He knows what the winds can be and how much weight each cable can sustain. Every part of his bridge has been carefully considered and calculated six ways to Sunday. His bridge won't fall down! Bridge builders are conservatives.  

The opposite of conservative is liberal. They are the labor party, the collective, the democrats the progressives- the socialists, the Bernie Sanders of the world. They are also calculating conniving and ruthless politicians who will and have sold their country for personal wealth and power. Let's take the "Affordable Housing Act as an example. No conservative would ever or did ever sign on to such a massive fraud and guaranteed failure. The same is true of the not so Affordable Care Act which every single lefty (dem) in both houses of congress signed on to en-masse.   

So why did the libs push such a destructive and 'dead on arrival' bill anyway? Good question. Only the biggest fools on earth could think that anything but a massive crash of the housing market could follow giving billions and billions of what ultimately had to be tax payer guaranteed loans to people who couldn't even spell their names and had absolutely no possibility (or intent) of ever paying the mortgages. The libs who did this like Barney Frank and Chris Dodd, may be reprehensible scoundrels in every possible way but they are not stupid. So why did they support this bill? Obama and hundreds of libs supported it. Why? 

I think they did it because one, they don't have much common sense and two they did it to buy votes, to pander, to curry favor with the masses of imported trash they cater to to remain in office. Every act of the liberals since the 50's has been to buy votes using OPM (other peoples money). Every single act passed by the left in America for 50 years has been to give our money to their supporters. Almost all tax payers in America including 90% of the Tea Party members are conservative. They are the shrinking middle class who actually pay the taxes the left uses to buy the votes to remain in office. 

I don't mean to oversimplify this issue but when you look fairly at the thousands of entitlement programs- almost all were passed by liberal congresses and dem presidents. A list of a few of them is included at the end of this article. None of them are sustainable. None are unrealistic and all of them are guaranteed to crush the economy into total collapse. In addition to and more importantly than these give away pandering programs, is the massive debt and deficit,  also 100% a lib construct that's poised to bankrupt the entire country- perhaps even sooner than the silly-ass lib welfare programs. 

On top of all this craziness is the 'Not so Affordable Care Act.' This jewel of a wet lib dream was concocted by Obama et al and foisted on us by a lib congress who famously said that "if you want to know what's in it you have to pass it." There is absolutely no way this absurdity can work and never could have worked. Not a single republican voted for it. It was destined to fail from day one. Insurance costs have sky-rocked for all those affected and no one is buying in- another lib colossal failure and another example of how little common sense libs have.  

This kind of thinking is what separates those us of who are, by nature, education and training, realists from the idiots wearing the flower-power rose colored sunglasses. Anyone with common sense could look at any all of the lib programs from the 50's on and see immediately that they are all total nonsense and doomed to failure. The libs have created 50 million unemployable dependants permanently unable to stand on their own two feet. What nonsense! However, in the process, they have given themselves 50 million votes which maybe was the idea all along- ya think?

 Let's moralize here a bit because conservative thought tends to distinguish and favor what's right from what's wrong. Right and wrong are entirely separate with no shades of grey. I mean this in the larger sense of course. If your wife is a bit fat and asks you how her dress looks and you're really stupid and likely a lib you tell her she looks fat-  bad move!  In such a situation the intelligent man (almost all conservatives by the way) will say, "Honey, that looks just fine." OK, so a bit of a prevarication here but what the hell, no one's perfect and sometimes a small untruth is the kindest and best way to go... 

When a conservative speaks of right and wrong he often means this in terms of morality. The Ten Commandants that the atheists and libs hate so much lay out God's law in no uncertain terms. Here we are flat out told how to live our lives in concert with others. All common law written by men ever since is directly related to and based on these commandments. Throughout history, all those who have defied God's law have ended badly- perhaps not as fast as we might like but, in God's time, they ended badly.

 The lib constructs of 'moral relativity' and 'political correctness' are as stupid as they are sick! There is no such thing as moral relatively and never can or will be! How dumb can they be? Don't answer that- apparently, from my perspective, there is no limit to the stupidity of the lib mind.  Here they say "if it feels good, it must be good." This is how they judge things? Is this how they justify drug use? I guess so. Is this how they equate Islam with Christianity?  Where's the restraint, the common sense? Exactly! They equate Jesus Christ with Mohammed? What a sick travesty! That's purely because they are abysmally ignorant of either Christianity or Islam. Mohammed was a monster, a homicidal, sociopathic pedophile and thief. Islam has absolutely nothing to do with any kind of religion. Only a lib could possibly say otherwise. 

Libs rule by mob consent. Voting for a living is condoned and rewarded.  Again, Sam Clements to the rescue; "Hain't we got all the fools in town on our side and hain't that a majority in any town." The lib consensus depends on there being far more dummies and fools in any society. Also, always there will be far more poor than rich. Absent these factors, no lib could get elected dog catcher.  The libs greatest fear was that the American middle class, under capitalisms and conservative values was becoming so well off and so well informed that unless this was stopped- no lib would ever be elected again. They had to do something! Kicking God out of education, changing the curriculum in the public schools to dumb the kids down while importing vast members of ignorant Latinos seemed the perfect move- and unless we can stop them it was! Witness the utter idiots interviewed by Jessie Waters!  

So, absent any notion of God's law and without much common sense, what happens to the libs? They drink and get DUIs at best and their vicious minions kill others at worst! (The death of cops at the hands of the BLM movement for example) Libs and their millions of minions buy things they can't afford. They have bad credit, they default- they crash and burn! As teens, they have babies they can't afford and don't want. They fail in school, they get into drugs, they steal, they hang with bad people and they commit crimes. Maybe they kill someone and then- they go to jail!  

Who can we blame for this? That's right, the lefties!  Here they did it again. They used BS laws handed down by the so-called supreme court (who are themselves increasingly a bunch of political hacks with law degrees) to kick God out of the schools. Madalyn Murray O'Hair, known for her role in the landmark 1963 Supreme Court decision in Murray v. Curlett, which, combined with Abington v. Schempp, ended school prayer in public schools across the U.S. and turned her into the self-described "most hated woman in America." Later, of course, someone murdered her... like I said, bad deeds catch up. 

When God went out the back door, so to speak, who exactly do you think came in the front door? As you know or should know, (I learned this in my 3 years in Vietnam) evil is a tangible force of nature and nature abhors a vacuum. Of course, Satan happily came strolling through the front doors of all our public schools and- not long after, the kids started murdering each other! Teens murdering each other, drugs, rape, and teen pregnancy were all virtually unknown before 1963. Today, half of all births are to underage black females. The kids of these 20 year old crack whores are abandoned in cardboard boxes next to cold radiators with no love, no toys and thin blankets. They are on the cold and friendless streets (if they live) by age five- emotionless, ignorant, mentally deficient sociopaths. None knew their real fathers and, in any event, the young vicious sperm depositor who brought these monsters into the world are themselves likely dead or in prison before the kid even knows what a father is! These are the perfect Obama and lib voters- "gimme dat free phone and gimmie yo sneekers -or I kill yo!" 

In the years since, we see kids having kids- with all the terrible things that means  and we also see 50% of all marriages falling apart. Massive numbers of hungry, ignorant and destitute Hispanics infest our country. We have fallen from a country that elected such men as George Washington to one that put a 'thing' like Obama into our highest office-not once but twice! Do you think that God is particularly happy with us- not a question-  purely rhetorical!

 When the parents have no moral foundation their kids also will not and, if the schools don't provide moral guidance, there's only the church left and across our country, few of those who most need it have never even been inside a church. What's left- only the iron hand of the law. Break the law, get caught and you pay the price. The only fear the murderous little swine have is of getting caught by the police. So what have we here? Society has abandoned its responsibilities.  

You think it's enough to try to teach reading, writing and arithmetic to thousands, millions actually, of kids while never even discussing moral law? Of course you know this is a recipe for disaster but- that's only because you're a responsible conservative with common sense. If you're my age you saw it happening and knew then it was wrong but you didn't do anything about it. You learned about Columbine and a dozen other school murders and yet, you did nothing. Don't worry and feel too guilty, I didn't do anything either.. I did absolutely know at the tine that this was decidedly wrong- very wrong and - I knew it would end badly!

 So, the libs did this and dozens of other nonsensical and terrible things to destroy America and yet -we allow them to go on doing the same stupid things. They, as a group, seem incapable of looking ahead and seeing the probable results (unintended consequences) of their idiotic actions. This is obviously and decidedly 100% because they lack common sense.

 If we see a great storm coming we don't get in our cars and drive into it. As a pilot, when I see bad weather on the radar, I turn away- I do not fly into it. I've captained boats for years and I do not venture from port into a known storm and, if at sea, I seek safe harbor. What Captain worth his title would not? Only idiots and libs drive their ships into catastrophe. So, why then do we allow such incompetents as Obama and the other libs to steer the ship of state to destruction?  

Seriously, can you point to a single thing the libs have done in 50 years that has been good for America? Of course you can't- there aren't any! Accomplishments? They have taught generations of kids to believe in a free lunch and to hate their country. They even give them a free breakfast and dinner. The "entitlement" generation is the result, Occupy Wall Street and the other idiot organizations like Moo on and code pig- pathetic bunch of losers living in their mother's basement.  

How have they done all this damage? Well, for one thing, except for private schools and conservative collages, almost no public school teachers or college professors have any common sense and few, if any, have ever been in the military- 99% are lefties, socialists and outright communists and these wretches have been teaching our kids for 50 years! Then you see the same in the media. You can't find anyone in the media who knows what Pi is - if asked they will tell you it's food. Few have carry permits- fewer still play football, dive, fish, sail or hunt. None have personally killed anything on purpose. Few, likely less than 2%, could or would kill a chicken or a rabbit. Squeamish they are! Almost all are confirmed atheists vegans and leftists. 99% of all teachers, professors and members of the media voted for Obama and many favor Sanders and will vote for Hillary if she becomes the nominee.  

Of this group almost none have any common sense and all are very much in favor of the welfare state. None see its inevitable collapse! They can't look ahead because their rose colored glasses blind them to viewing the real future. Indications of the failings of this class might not be that they drive around with their gas tanks on E and none of them know how to change a flat tire, fix an engine or even a leaky bathroom pipe- nor would they. These kinds of people don't fix anything- they don't know how to do anything, they don't have tools, they just call someone (generally a conservative plumber like Joe) to do everything for them- helpless and without common sense. Without a job and absent the support of their fellow lefties, who own the media station, school or paper they would be stranded like fish out of water. And these useless wretches call themselves élite?

 Let's include in this discussion a few words describing the vast differences between Capitalism, communism and socialism. First, the former is a construct based on common sense and natural law while the later are unworkable and disastrous man- made creations. That alone should tip you off as to the monster flaws of the collectivist systems. The Capitalist system has brought enormous wealth to those intelligent enough to embrace its manifest benefits. In America, and parts of the developed world wherein Capitalism exists, the ordinary person has seen his standard of living rise to stupendous levels compared to those sad, backward and failed economies suffering under bizarre and entirely wrongheaded systems. Of this fact there can be no arguments- Cuba, Soviet Russia, North Korea and Venezuela (the country run by a bus driver with no toilet paper) come to mind!

 Capitalist philosophy is entirely aligned with human nature and common sense while the awkward constructs of the left are entirely opposed to both nature and common sense and can only function at all if forced on the people by jack-booted government brutes and thugs. Think of Cuba, China, USSR, and all the other failed impoverished states across this sad world. Imagine, if an idiot like Sanders were elected in America? He goes around espousing such a thing as "democratic socialism," exactly as did Vladimir Lenin back in Russia in the pre-revolutionary days. We know how that turned out! Millions were butchered and the entire world paid a terrible price for that failed socialist experiment.  

Does ole Bernie think we don't remember? Ultimately and inevitably, without exception, the socialist experiment turns into despotism, dictatorship, tyranny, despair murder and failure! All across Europe we are seeing this sad phenomenon as the various countries experimenting with their bizarre ideas of multiculturalism and socialism are finally, as Maggie Thatcher predicted, "running out of other people's money." Taxes in France have reached as high as 75% and all Frenchmen with any money have fled their country as did the Greeks and others. In the summer of 2016, the UK may even leave the EU which would be the very best thing for them. 

The foundational law of Capitalism is 'supply and demand,' this is what forms the common sense and immutable law of all survivable and workable economic systems. One builds as the market demands and one finds that whatever one produces, if done so at a competitive level, can be sold at a cost above that which is required to build whatever it may be. The result is a net gain. Those engaging and succeeding in this very much self- interested process can and do find great benefits in so doing.

 America has, from its earliest days, been developed entirely by self- interested entrepreneurs who, seeing a market opportunity, created enormous wealth by exploiting their market to the greatest possible extent. The sole reason we have our interstate road system, a great military and enjoy the incredible benefits we do is entirely due to the Capitalist system which generates enough GNP to support, through moderate taxation, public good and needs. It would be good if more of us appreciated this fact!

Our Governments, both federal and state, owe their very existence to the capitalistic system. Absent the ability to collect tax revenues the government stooges would be wearing rags and existing on bribes and extortion as they do throughout the socialist and communist world. Think about Venezuela for example- once a prosperous middle-class country with significant potential but, after Chavez the idiot and the equally stupid bus driver running the sad place by force of arms, it's an economic nightmare, a catastrophe and a shambles where one cannot even find toilet paper in the stores. 

In a socialist economy the means of production as it were, become property of the workers however, this is generally in name only. Inevitably, the state installs stooges into management positions- General Motors comes to mind. The former profitable businesses soon fail due to lack of motivation and a failure of investment in research and development. They fail to keep up with markets and consumer demand. Soon, these desperate and nutty lefty run governments seal off the country to superior competition from international manufacturers. They become 'closed markets' where the citizens are forced to buy the locally manufactured obsolete, shoddy and inferior goods. The USSR comes to mind with their Lada cars and other pathetic products. Absent the profit motive, nothing can be competitively manufactured- that's also an immutable economic law of Capitalism and common sense!

CHAPTER 2

THE AMERICAN CONSERVATIVE

AND OUR

CONSTITUTION

America is not unique in all the world because we have a constitution, almost all countries have one, but- we are unique because we actually live by our constitution. The American constitution, bill or rights and our Declaration of Independence form the basis of all American freedoms, laws and life itself. We are unique and great country because and only because we have adhered to the words of our founders all these years. Interestingly, almost all our laws are a derivative in some way of God's Ten Commandants. Whenever we have faltered and slid downward it is always because we failed to follow our constitution and almost always it was a lib who caused it.

 The social construct by which America governs itself is totally unique and about as perfect as any government can be. As Churchill said, "Democracy is the worst form of government, except for all those other forms that have been tried from time to time." (from a House of Commons speech on Nov. 11, 1947) Our forefathers understood the danger of allowing too much power into any offcie and divided the decision making authority into three separate and independent bodies- hoping that never would they all agree- thus making it as difficult as possible for any one group to change anything or rule by decree. In allowing the Executive to issue edicts that have any lawful effect we significantly and dangerously weakened our Constitution. The President should not ever be capable of effecting any change in American life simply by signing a document. Obama has attempted to destroy America by making absurd rulings from his desk none of which would have a chance in hell of getting past congress. In so doing he is acting as a despot and must be restrained by any and all means!  

The Executive should be forced to carry any and all "recommendations" to congress for approval. To the degree that this isn't the case, we as a country suffer the consequences. For Obama to say that queers and other fruit cakes have a right to pee in the girls bathrooms etc. is well and truly insane. To have homosexuals on the Supreme Court when there are less than 007% of them in the entire country is equally insane. The court must be representative and 20% of Americans are not queer. Madness!  

 The words of the American founding documents are never ever to be changed or subject to any kind of interpretation beyond original intent.  The justices are there solely and only to carefully consider arguments as to whether they agree or disagree with the founding documents. They are most decidedly not there to make law or to decide in any way that the constitution should be interpreted as a "living document." Laws are made only by congress and to the degree that any law may be deemed unconstitutional that decision can only be made by a majority of the court. The evil and sinful decision of the extreme lefty Warren Court resulted in many deaths and America's departure from good. This is equally true of the current Robert's court in pushing the rights of sexist perverts by using perverted and unjustified interpretations of our constitution.  

Today, and in the past, we have had justices motivated not by the constitution but by their political biases. This, of course, is reprehensible and should be cause for immediate dismissal. When any justice's personal biases might be reflected in his findings that justice must recluse himself. This is judicial modesty and today is far too lacking in the current court.

 America does have a mechanism for changing the constitution which is called a constitutional convention wherein all the states send representatives to a convention to propose amendments which is also called an Article V Convention, or Amendments Convention. This has to be proposed by two-thirds of all the state legislatures. To date, thirty-three amendments to the United States Constitution have been approved by Congress and sent to the states for ratification. Twenty-seven of these amendments have been ratified and are now part of the Constitution. As of 2016 the state convention process has never been used for proposing constitutional amendments.

 While there have been calls for an "Article V Convention" based on a single issue such as the balanced budget amendment, it is not clear whether a convention summoned in this way would be legally bound to limit discussion to a single issue however, as none of the states are allowed to spend more than they take in- meaning they must live within a balanced budget, it is entirely likely that should congress ever actually send such an amendment to the states such would be approved. Congress has not done this because tragically they have enjoyed being free to operate with unpayable debt and unlimited deficits. Of course, the debt today is almost entirely the work of the idiot libs in congress and government. 

The Constitution does not allow us to do whatever we want to do. In the words of James Madison, the Constitution was framed out of the belief that “it is the reason, alone, of the public, that ought to control and regulate government. The passions ought to be controlled and regulated by the government.” The genius of the Constitution lies in its having a definite meaning on the fundamentals; meaning that every individual has rights, that the people are sovereign, and that the governmental powers must remain separated while leaving wide latitude to local government, or the people themselves, on issues not specifically addressed in the Constitution. Also, that our rights and freedoms are conferred on us by God and not granted by government in any way. Therefore, since government did not give us our rights government can not take them away- except by force, which, as long as we remain armed, is a two way street.  

If the Fourth of July is a celebration of these things, it is also a celebration of the Constitution as much as the Declaration of Independence. No constitution in history has proven itself more deeply committed to these principles, and no nation has been more richly blessed in return.  

There is not a word anywhere in the founding documents that remotely suggests in any possible way that perverts, queers and other whackos have a right to be enjoined into the bonds of holy matrimony. In trying to say that the law of the land is now such that twisted freaks can be "married," the court has made itself irrelevant and a joke. The extreme bias of the two ugly fat lesbos (Elena Kagan and Sonia Sotomayor) presently having their overstuffed posteriors squatting on the bench is clearly evident. They are a disgrace as is the entire court for even considering the case. Today, in the midst of a terrible war by Muslim nut cases, our idiot president says that climate change is our greatest problem and is bent on driving up the cost of electricity such that the country will fail even faster. Then he wants to allow freaks to pee and wander into girl's locker rooms? He is a disaster, far worse than Carter the peanut farmer,  and will be judged the worst of all who have held the offcie. 

The overriding strength of our Constitution is that government cannot and must not ever have limitless power. A Constitution, such as exists in many countries, which is not rigidly adhered to gives free reign to the greed and lust for power of those people within that government. A Constitution honored and obeyed becomes a guardian of all the people and limits government from straying beyond and outside of its defined powers protecting the liberty and equality of its citizens. Is should be noted here that to a degree, all actors salesmen and politicians are sociopathic and this dangerous characteristic becomes extreme with politicians in quest of power. Hitler and Obama for example! 

As we see this current administration shredding our constitution while we sit by and watch it destroy the fabric of our country. Let's consider what an American President said about the principles of the Declaration and the Constitution in 1926 on the 150th anniversary of July 4th, 1776: 

“It is often asserted that the world has made a great deal of progress since 1776, that we have had new thoughts and new experiences which have given us a great advance over the people of that day, and that we may therefore very well discard their conclusions for something more modern. But that reasoning can not be applied to this great charter. If all men are created equal, that is final. If they are endowed with inalienable rights, that is final. If governments derive their just powers from the consent of the governed, that is final. No advance, no progress can be made beyond these propositions. If anyone wishes to deny their truth or their soundness, the only direction in which he can proceed historically is not forward, but backward toward the time when there was no equality, no rights of the individual, no rule of the people. Those who wish to proceed in that direction can not lay claim to progress. They are reactionary. Their ideas are not more modern, but more ancient, than those of the Revolutionary fathers.”  Calvin Coolidge, July 5, 1926 

The lesson for us all here is to remember how we came to be. If it were not for guns we would all still be British- part of an overseas empire and subjects of some foreign monarch! Of course, that didn't happen only because we killed enough of the king's men that he decided to back off. My advice to all Americans is to rise up and throw Obama and all his minions the hell of office no matter how and what the cost and to do so as soon as possible.  Only elect responsible conservatives to any office and to shut down the entire entitlement construct. 

Close the border, send a notice to all employers advising them that any illegals remaining in their employ after six months will result in the owners and senior management being imprisoned for two years and fined. There are about 20,000 large employers of illigals and they are well known, easy to find and contact. There is no need (and never was) to send the army to round up 20 million illegals. In a few months all the illegals will be unemployed, buy a bus ticket and go home on their own. This will open up millions of jobs for our millions of porch sitters who having been voting for a living for the past 50 years. Hunger is a great motivator!

 Term limits: The Supreme Court must be term limited as well as congress. Allowing these encrusted human barnacles to adhere their enlarged posteriors to seats of power for decades is absurd and dangerous. We also need better mechanisms for getting rid of nutters and other idiots in all federal offices.  

Hopefully, an intelligent conservative will be elected as our president and, with a conservative congress, can perhaps begin redirecting our country toward a more prosperous future. We need to make dramatic reductions is the freebees and get the louts out of the wagon and pushing instead of riding. Government must be seriously reduced and pushed out of our lives to the greatest extent possible.  In 1950 we had about 3.5 million federal employees- today it's 20 million. 

Let's close most of the 700 federal agencies and departments as soon as possible and fire the unelected bureaucrats who have been destroying our freedoms and lives.  (see page 72 in the appendices) Look over this list closely and I guarantee you have never ever heard of most of these fully funded outfits. Hundreds of them overlap and almost all are useless. Add these to the billions wasted on stupid studies and grants and you will soon see why we are in such dire financial straits. The $20 trillion debt simply can't ever be paid.

 #1 The U.S. government is spending $750,000 on a new soccer field for detainees held at Guantanamo Bay.

 #2 The Obama administration plans to spend between 16 and 20 million dollars helping students from Indonesia get master’s degrees.

 #3 If you can believe it, the U.S. government has spent $175,587 “to determine if cocaine makes Japanese quail engage in sexually risky behavior”.

 #4 The U.S. government spent $200,000 on “a tattoo removal program” in Mission Hills, California.

 #5 The federal government has shelled out $3 million to researchers at the University of California at Irvine to fund their research on video games such as World of Warcraft.  Wouldn’t we all love to have a “research job” like that?

 #6 The Department of Health and Human Services plans to spend $500 million on a program that will, among other things, seek to solve the problem of 5-year-old children that “can’t sit still” in a kindergarten classroom.

 #7 Fannie Mae is about to ask the federal government for another $4.6 billion bailout, and it will almost certainly get it.

 #8 The federal government once spent 30 million dollars on a program that was designed to help Pakistani farmers produce more mangos. 

#9 The U.S. Department of Agriculture once gave researchers at the University of New Hampshire $700,000 to study methane gas emissions from dairy cows.

 #10 According to USA Today, 13 different government agencies “fund 209 different science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) education programs — and 173 of those programs overlap with at least one other program.”

 #11 A total of $615,000 was given to the University of California at Santa Cruz to digitize photos, T-shirts and concert tickets belonging to the Grateful Dead. 

#12 China lends us more money than any other foreign nation, but that didn’t stop our government from spending 17.8 million dollars on social and environmental programs for China. 

#13 The U.S. government once spent 2.6 million dollars to train Chinese prostitutes to drink responsibly.

 #14 One professor at Stanford University was given $239,100 to study how Americans use the Internet to find love.

 #15 The U.S. Postal Service spent $13,500 on a single dinner at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse.

The Obama administration awarded $1.5 million to study biological and social factors for why “three-quarters” of lesbians are obese and why gay males are not, calling it an issue of “high public-health significance.” Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, Mass., has received two grants administered by NIH’s Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) to study the relationship between sexual orientation and obesity. The The idiots spend a small fortune trying to find out why lesbian were so fat idiots spend a small fortune trying to find out why lesbian were so fat  How in the world can our government be so foolish?

 Anyone that claims that there is not a lot of stuff that can be cut out of the federal budget is lying to you. All of this crazy spending has gotten us into a massive amount of trouble.  Already, on a per capita basis, the U.S. national debt is worse than the national debts of Greece, Italy, Ireland, Portugal and Spain. We have accumulated the biggest debt in the history of the world and we are adding to it at a rate of about 150 million dollars an hour.

CHAPTER 3 

WHAT IS A LIBERAL

 ( and what do they want)

I've given considerable thought to who the people are who fall into the liberal camp. What would make a person believe in or want the destruction of his own country? Of course, the vast numbers of those who support, meaning vote for liberals are not conscious of selling out their country that just want what others have worked for and are not able to get it themselves so they trade their votes for that which they want. They are the vast majority of makes up the democratic voting block. Most have no education, no skills and no prospects. If you've seen Waters World you know all you need to know as to who they are. 

Then, there's the "real Lib" these are the diabolical, scheming, well educated and vicious members of this most destructive party. They are in the media, the schools and government where they plot to destabilize and destroy the enemy- that being anyone who believes in hard work, individual success  and maximum freedom with the smallest possible government. 

Liberals go by many names- liberals, Socialists, Progressives, Communists, Fabians, Democrats, Nazis, Collectivists, and so on. What defines them all is this- they are single-minded, power crazed bullies, bastards and brutes- as a group they brook no opposition. Their first move is to silence those who question their right to rule. To make this discussion easier, let's state for the record that there is no discernable differences between any of the above named so, for the purpose of this discussion we will just call them all 'libs.'  

We want to separate here the dross (the useful idiots of Waters World who vote for a living and ride in the wagon we are pushing) from the true lib. Your average lib is not overtly or obviously stupid - he may be a cold fish, unable to think rationally but he is cunning and out for blood -meaning he is predatory and preys on weakness to advance his own limited desires. He can't see far into the future and really doesn't care- today is enough for him. He works as a teacher in public schools and the 'bent' colleges and universities where his kind thrive and are protected. He worms his way into the lib media where he is welcomed as a fellow traveler and into politics where his natural home is with the Godless. Who are they? Nancy Pelosi and both Clintons fit the description very well- I'm sure you can add many names to the list! 

The lib can't and won't listen to reasonable argument. They are entirely close-minded and positive that they know best what is good for you and for all. They are prone to push there agenda to whatever extent is needed to win the day. Absent capable opposition the lib always seeks greater and greater power over the people. Those who object are scorned and defamed at the least and jailed and beheaded at the worst.   Every lib led government in history- without exception- has always ended in tyranny, despotism and despair- China under Mao, Cuba under Castro, Russia under Stalin, Germany under Hitler and so on. Massive social and economic failures with secret police, midnight arrests, beatings, torture and gulags stuffed with the opposition are the norm. Today Sweden is moving away from socialism as our other EU countries who have finally seen the great flaws in this ridiculous man-made social construct. 

Without much fanfare, the Scandinavian country has been moving away from socialism. Liberals have traditionally celebrated its cradle-to-grave safety net, while conservatives have disparaged its high taxes, absurd tolerance for people dedicated to killing their hosts and unaffordable tax-payer paid cradle to grave health-care. Both sides have generally agreed that Swedish-style socialism is a long way from the highly logical U.S. capitalism. In fact, however, contemporary Sweden is much less socialist than many Americans realize.  

Since the early 1990s, when, having spent about all of other people's money it could, it suffered a painful but fully predicable and unavoidable financial crisis. This Scandinavian country has since deregulated key industries (such as airlines, telecommunications, and electricity), lowered its overall tax burden, established universal school vouchers, partially privatized its pension system, abolished certain government monopolies, sold a number of state-owned enterprises (including the parent company of Absolut vodka), and trimmed public spending. Much as did Maggie Thatcher in her first years as the PM in the UK.,

 Several years ago Sweden even eliminated gift and inheritance taxes. The World Economic Forum now ranks Sweden as the second-most competitive economy on earth, behind only Switzerland. According to the 2010 Index of Economic Freedom (compiled by the Wall Street Journal and the Heritage Foundation), Sweden offers greater business freedom, trade freedom, monetary freedom, investment freedom, financial freedom, freedom from corruption, and property-rights protection than does the United States. Since taking office in 2006, the center-right administration of Prime Minister Fredrik Reinfeldt has reduced income and corporate taxes, repealed a longstanding wealth tax, tightened unemployment and sick-leave benefits (which are still exceedingly generous), and privatized various state assets.  

On September 19, Reinfeldt became the first conservative premier in modern Swedish history to win reelection, though his government apparently fell just short of securing a parliamentary majority. The once-mighty Social Democratic party captured less than 31 percent of the vote, its worst performance in nearly a century. Meanwhile, the far-right Sweden Democrats (SD), a populist-nationalist party critical of Muslim immigration, finally gained entrance into the Riksdag, picking up a remarkable 20 seats (out of 349) and virtually doubling its vote share from 2006. Both the ruling coalition and the left-wing opposition have rejected an alliance with the SD, whose impressive electoral showing hit Sweden like an earthquake. They are saying "NO MUZZIES" and millions of Swedes agree!  

In America and across the world libs have no faith in God or attend church- for the most part they can be described as uniformaly secular. In the lib world many are truly evil in the truest sense of the word. The Nazis, remember were national socialists and murdered women and little children, machine-gunning thousands and gassing millions. Few if any showed remorse. The same was true of the Soviet NKVD and KGB as well as the FSB today- they killed and kill human beings seemingly for sport. The Chinese Secret Police did and do the same and you can be certain that Obama or Hillary, were they to reach a similar level of power, would do exactly the same. True Evil! 

What Hillary and Obama did in Benghazi was a reprehensible dereliction of their sworn duty and both should have been arrested and jailed for treason. (Maybe they will be- after all, it's not over until the fat lady sings) That they haven't been so far is a clear measure of how far down the liberal path to perdition we as a country have slid. That we tolerate for a minute such detestable individuals as George Soros, Obama, Valarie Jarreett and Hillary Clinton is deplorable and a stain on the courage of millions of decent Americans.  

All libs are bent - meaning they are very different from 'normal' human beings actually so much that they are visibly different in a bad way. As we have said, libs don't hunt or fish, they never trapped, they don't and can't change a car tire or work on engines. Few libs, if any, ride motorcycles, few have worn our uniforms and fought for their country. Libs are afraid of guns and few carry. As said above, libs don't believe in God and it was libs who forced God out of our schools.

 Madalyn Murray O'Hair, who used multiple pseudonyms, was the abominable atheist activist, and founder of American Atheists who took her case to the Supreme Court resulting in prayer being abolished in public schools. In June of 1963, the sick lib Warren Court upheld her insane argument and promulgated an edict with ramifications so widespread it insured that God would be evicted from public society across the entire spectrum of the American governmental system. From that day to this, not only has prayer been outlawed, God's very name has been declared anathema to the United States Constitution, and forbidden to be mentioned in any federal, state, county, city or municipal context. 

Earl Warren was the Governor of California where the governor today is known as "moon beam" and later warren became the 14th Chief Justice of the United States (1953–1969). He is perhaps best known for the liberal decisions of the so-called Warren Court one of which was the destruction of the American public sphere by kicking God out. This was the beginning of America's decent into chaos and despair which is typified in the losses in Vietnam, teen pregnancy, drug use, murderous gangs, and the riots in Watts, Ferguson and Baltimore.

 Further decrees by this sick lib court revealed the depths of the ouster that initial edict has fostered. Not just prayer is forbidden in the public forum. Display of the cross is forbidden. The Ten Commandments are forbidden. The Bible is forbidden. Nativity plays are forbidden. Even the mere mention of the names "God" or "Jesus" in schools are forbidden. More than that, anything even suggestive of those names is forbidden. 

Nature abhors a vacuum. By tossing God out the back door the idiots on this lib court guaranteed that our schools would become moral vacuums. So, who do you suppose came strolling in the front door? Exactly, the devil, pure evil entered into our schools and predictably, the kids began killing each other! Drugs, murder, teen pregnancy and all the evils existing in nature permeated the halls of education. Something you probably already know but which doesn't suffer from repetition is that evil is a force of nature just as is good. Many Conservatives know this instinctively if not through personal experiences, parental and or religious education.

 Conservatives intuitively know good from bad and right from wrong. Conservatives know evil in the form of Satan from God's love. Libs run from God, shading their eyes in fear and loathing. Libs reject any mention of theological teachings. For the lib any conversation touching on religion is anathema and to be changed or preferably avoided at all costs.  To get rid of any annoying lib we conservatives know that all we have to do is begin to tell them about Jesus Christ and his love for them and ....bingo... poof!!! they're gone... :) 

So, if all libs are anti-religion that makes them, in fact, atheists and atheists rarely exhibit a sense of right and wrong as we (the normal human beings) do. The conservative definition of right and wrong is based on God's Commandants which represent, in an abbreviated sense, every single law in the body of all common law that man has ever written from time immemorial. Our parents, teachers (in private schools) boy scouts, preachers and priests spent years teaching us to be decent human beings and to respect and live by God's moral code. 

The libs pushed their diseased thought on our schools and our social structure. The lib ideas fly in the face of common sense and God's law. Libs hate the Boy Scouts because the Scout's moral code does not condone homosexual (immoral) practice. The libs saw this as a fat conservative target spreading moral law and began a lengthy campaign to destroy the Scouts. They sued the organization and defamed them in the media, which they pretty much control, and eventually, the Scouts folded such that today lib queers are actually taking young boys into the woods. You have to understand that no lib was ever a scout and never wanted to be and of course, has no interest in letting his children join the scouting movement. Libs don't go camping and few have any interest in the natural world. Libs don't go to zoos! Many have never been to a museum.

LIBS AND THE DEVIL

 (Demons)

What makes some people into libs anyway?   Well, here we have to move our thoughts into a strange world. The paranormal is anything that seems or is abnormal. Most certainly there are many abnormal occurrences that have been observed throughout the world and that cannot be explained in any rational way- these are classified as 'paranormal'- the occurrence of an event or perception without scientific explanation such as psychokinesis, extrasensory perception, or other purportedly supernatural phenomena are correctly included in the universe of the 'paranormal.'  

In the world of theoretical physics some theorists assume that there exist various realities separated by thin membranes. When someone mentions "different dimensions," we tend to think of things like parallel universes, alternate realities that exist parallel to our own but where things work or happen differently. However, the reality of dimensions and how they play a role in the ordering of our universe is really quite different from this popular characterization.  

To break it down, dimensions are simply the different facets of what we perceive to be reality. We are immediately aware of the three dimensions that surround us on a daily basis, those that define the length, width, and depth of all objects in our universes (the x, y, and z axes, respectively). Beyond these three visible dimensions, scientists believe that there may be many more. In fact, the theoretical framework of Superstring Theory posits that the universe exists in ten different dimensions. Normally, those existing in one reality can't see or interact with those living on another plane but occasionally this separating film breaks down allowing visitations from entities which often manifest themselves as more or less human but which in a very real way can be 'malignant demons' bent on damaging our world. Evidence? There are Ghost shows all over TV as well as many showing a bunch of fat guys with beards and shotguns chasing bigfoot etc. Interestingly, no one has ever trapped a bigfoot or found the remains of one. We have dug up and identified every single thing that has ever walked the earth but no Bigfoot? Yet, we have seen casts of his footprints and snippets of film showing him disappearing into the trees. Is it possible that these beings slipped into our world from another dimension? Who knows, it's just as good as every other explanation- so keep an open mind about this.

 It's possible that unfriendly beings have been visiting our dimension for thousands of years. Over time, they have had many names and assumed many visages. A demon (from Koine Greek δαιμόνιον daimonion), or fiend is a supernatural, often malevolent being prevalent in religion, occultism, literature, fiction, mythology and folklore. The original Greek word 'daimon' does not carry the negative connotation initially understood by implementation of the Koine δαιμόνιον (daimonion),[ and later ascribed to any cognate words sharing the root.

 In Ancient Near Eastern religions as well as in the Abrahamic traditions, including ancient and medieval Christian demonology, a demon is considered an unclean spirit, a fallen angel, or a spirit of unknown type which may cause demonic possession, calling for an exorcism. In Western occultism and Renaissance magic, which grew out of an amalgamation of Greco-Roman magic, Jewish Aggadah and Christian demonology, a demon is believed to be a spiritual entity that may be conjured and controlled.

 The supposed existence of hellish demons remains an important concept in many modern religions and occultist traditions. Demons are still feared largely due to their alleged power to possess living creatures. In the contemporary Western occultist tradition (perhaps epitomized by the work of Aleister Crowley), a demon (such as Choronzon, the Demon of the Abyss) is a useful metaphor for certain inner psychological processes (inner demons), though some may also regard it as an objectively real phenomenon.

 We know that the fallen angel was told by God to make his 'kingdom on earth.' In a purely theological sense then many might argue that Islam is likely a creation of that entity- who is also known as Lucifer and Satan. If then one describes Islam as the kingdom of Satan on earth, a virtual "hell on earth," it can be argued from the evidence in all Muslim lands that he (Satan) most certainly succeeded. The next logical (syllogistic) step in this argument is that those agents of Satan representing Islam on earth are, in fact, 'demons.' This being said, perhaps Huma Abedin, Hillary Clinton's nurse and keeper, may well be such a demonic entity. Surely Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the brooding muezzin of death who leads ISIS and holds a graduate degree in Islamic studies, exhibits all the attributes of a real demon. 

More on Hillary's keeper: Her full professional name is at times listed as Saleha Mahmood Abedin. One year ago, among the names of the leaders who make up the Muslim Sisterhood,  Huma’s mother, Saleha, was identified as one of the leaders. Little attention has been paid to the other leaders, however. One of them is Najla Ali Mahmoud, the wife of Morsi. (The now jailed head of the Muslim Brotherhood and briefly the President of Egypt)  Both are members of the Guidance Bureau, which proves fallacious, the claim that Najla is just an innocent and naïve spouse. This makes Huma’s mother a close, personal colleague of the wife of a virulently anti-Semitic racist who was, until his arrest, the first president-elect of post-Mubarak Egypt. Remember Salmon Rushdie's famous book, The Satanic Verses?  The title suggests that Islam, in fact, may well be the creation of the devil and received a very serious death threat for so doing. 

I know that this supernatural claptrap may be beyond unbelievable for most but, you can not doubt that the ISIS movement has demonstrated beyond any possible doubt that they indeed are the face of true evil in the world today. ISIS is 100% motivated by Islam which is arguably a creation of the devil himself allowing please that evil does most certainly exist and that Satan is indeed the father of Islam. This argument creates the perfect syllogistic circle providing one with the inescapable conclusion, which, if the initial premise is accepted as true, identifies Islam and all its supporters as demons and the multitudes of useful dolts of the demons.  Possibly this is what Salmon Rushdie was insulating in this book The Satanic Verses? 

The above being said, one has to ask if the horrific, inhuman and monumentally disgusting actions of Planned Parenthood in murdering babies using medieval methodologies and then selling their body parts is not something that only the devil himself could possibly have dreamt up? To see the libs then band together to protect their fellow monsters was and remains illuminating to say the very least.  Of course, there is and can be no defense for murdering fully formed babies unless the murderer is truly a monster and agent of evil.  

The key word in the above for you to carefully consider is "inhuman." Do you believe that a normal functioning human being anywhere on earth could be found who would participate or condone such repulsive God awful actions? Of course not! Murdering babies is decidedly inhuman and those who commit such atrocities are indeed inhuman! Accepting that is the case then one must to ask if they are not human- then exactly what are they? Good question! They look like us but they cannot be us- they are monsters and possibly demons. That may be arguable but what is not and cannot not be argued is that they are all card-carrying members of the democratic party- progressives, socialists, communists, fascists and whatever else dad-blasted ugly things that habituate the dark halls of the left - but they are most definitely not human! Consider that for a moment... 

In my discussion of demons, it is first necessary to define what a demon is and how it acts. After having done so I will illustrate / explain misidentification of demonic possession as mental illness or simply the free will actions of a bad person. Finally, I will attempt to provide indications of demonic possession and the effects of demonic activity.  

Traditionally, demons have been described as beings without bodies that possess intellect and free will (Aquinas, p. 450). Surely, this description does not sit well with modern people since it presumes metaphysics which uses reason to know things that are not immediately available to the senses. Aiding reason, faith provides another vantage point for validating the activity of the spirit world. Saint Paul, for example, continually refers to the demonic forces present in the world and the damage they cause. For example, in Ephesians 6:12, the Apostle says, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against principalities and powers, against the rulers of this world of darkness, against the spirits of wickedness in the high places." Remember, in the ages before radio, TV and the internet etc., men spent years actually THINKING and carefully considering- so give these guys credit... Don't be so fast to dismiss that which you possibly cannot see- I'm trying to open your mind and eyes here...  

Also vital to the description of a demon is that the demon, by a act of free will,  turned from good, the natural state of God's creation of which the demon is a part, to embrace evil (Aquinas, p. 452). Though there are many demons, they describe themselves as legion in Mark's Gospel 5:10, "since there are many of us," they are all in effect minions of Satan who desired to rule like God over a multitude of angels (Aquinas, p. 467).  

Moreover, a demon's influence, according to St. Augustine, can change the cognitive part of the person by changing his internal and external sensory powers. (Hillary for example under the influence of her Muslim keeper) The demon, he (Augustine) says, "creeps stealthily in through all the avenues of the senses, it gives itself shapes, it adapts itself to colors, it adheres to sounds, it appends itself to odors, it instills with flavors" (Aquinas, p. 526). By its very nature "a demon intends to lead men to falsehood. He does so by inciting a man to cogitate about a particular thing and impedes the use of reason. This is commonly known as "possession" (Aquinas, p. 535). Remember, the Clintons murdered or caused to be murdered some 43 human beings that we know of. ( surely, this description fits almost all true and devoted Libs)  

In a discussion of the demonic, it is important to be sure that certain psychological disturbances, whether chemically caused or due to an imbalance from emotional distress or trauma, be ruled out before demonic possession is considered. Of course, professional diagnosis must be made to determine the potential causes of certain behaviors which may be indicative of, for example, schizophrenia, multiple personality disorders or other mental illnesses described in the  Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders IV. 

 It should be noted, however, that Satan does not like to be 'revealed.' It is therefore conceivable and even probable that he may hide behind the facade of a psychosis. The late psychiatrist M. Scott Peck in his last book Glimpses of the Devil: A Psychiatrist's Personal Accounts of Possession, Exorcism, and Redemption (2005) became suspicious of this possibility in working with some patients whose problems indicated something beyond the norm for mental disturbance which led him to suspect a supernatural presence. His gradual understanding of the phenomenon led to a very careful use of exorcism. In the two cases he describes in his book his hunch was verified. It would be interesting to have Valerie Jarrett, Obama and Hillary examined in this way. 

The piles of decomposing bodies in the Nazi death camps were and remain clear evidence of monstrous acts of pure evil wherein the existence of the Devil was shoved in the faces and nostrils of humanity! The stench of millions of rotting corpuses fouled the heavens, shaking humanity to its moral core! No longer could or can we imagine that evil was or is just a silly boogy man hiding in dark closets or under beds used to frighten little children. Now today, the crazed evil Muslims are drowning batches of humans in cages, blowing the heads of infants and murdering hundreds in concerts and airports. The evil thinking and planning resulting in the attacks of 9/11 evidence the emergence of true evil into the normal world. Do not allow your 2016 modern rational nature to discard the very real existence of evil! In the first place that's exactly what Satan wants- he wants you to remain rational and in the rational world there is no place for evil as a tangible and real force- be awake! 

If one ascribes evil acts as the work of the Devil then ipso facto, the Devil exists. A dedicated lib might say that "well this was really bad but we disserved it for whatever..." This is an indefensible sick interpretation of reality. The reality is that all the hateful acts of the sick demented homicidal Muslins must be categorized as purely evil with absolutely no mitigating influences or excuses.

 Another scenario which needs examination in any discussion of demonic possession is the case of the "bad" person. Not all wickedness can be directly attributed to Satan or his demons. Many have heard the story of a man who spots the devil crying outside a city gate. The man asks, "Why are you crying?" The devil's response is, "They don't need me in there. They're bad enough on their own."

This most certainly describes the Democratic Party in America whether they themselves recognize it or not.

 Because we are born with free will we can make good or bad choices. Unfortunately, there are those who have decided to live an egotistical or fully self-centered life absent moral restraint assuming that as all actions are adjudicated under the sick code of moral relativity where one persons 'good' can be another persons 'bad' that if it feels good, ergo, it must be good. Very often, these unhappy twisted individuals may be perfectly presentable and accepted by their equally bent peers. After all, they collectively believe in the same diseased values  and assume that everyone else agrees with them. Many of them are members of the media or employed in government.   

This, of course, does not preclude, reduce or eliminate the fact that they are living in mortal sin. It also means that, at least on some level, they should know that what they are doing is wrong- having sufficiently reflected on the action and given total consent to it. Of course- they don't. Once again, Dr. Peck offers some valuable insights. In People of the Lie (1983), Peck's experiences as a psychiatrist enabled him to see that bad or evil people often attack others because of a sense of their own inadequacy. Peck explains that instead of facing their own failures, these people cover them by trying to bring others down with them. In Hillary's and Obama's case, that includes the entire American nation. 

Evil people, and here I am not implying or denying  demonic possession at all, want to bring others down with them (including an entire country). They want others to join in their wickedness. It provides a cover, allowing the person to justify his evil behavior because everybody is doing it- witness most members of the lib media. It is important to note that evil people will use any means they can, even seemingly unrelated things, to bring down an opponent or anyone in whom they perceive a threat. It is either, "everybody is doing it" or "if they try to get me in trouble, I can make trouble for them too." It must be made clear, we are not necessarily talking here about a sociopath , although we are considering the narcissist. Both, of course, have no moral conscience and do not care a whit about right and wrong. Remember, Hillary's reply to the accusations about her illegal and traitorous emails was "well others have done it!  

This leaves the last category of the person actually possessed by demons. It is obvious from what I have said above that recognition of demons is not at all easy since Satan often works in disguise and evil may be of a person's own making. But, there are some indications that perhaps what one confronts in some instances is just slightly beyond typical and explainable abnormalities. Here, I am relying on Dr. Peck's observations in his Glimpses of the Devil (2005) and philosopher Louis Lavelle's What Evil is Like (1963), and my own personal experience to explain what is being proposed.  

First of all, an indication of demonic possession is, at least in the cases reported by Peck, that the possessed person senses the presence of an otherly intelligence that is directing them to certain thoughts and actions- Hillary Clinton for example with her keeper Uma Aberden and most certainty Valery Jarrett with her puppet Obama. These sickos may even report hearing internal voices and sometimes these voices (demons) identify themselves by name. These peoples' behaviors are often off the charts or even bizarre. Hillary screaming at her accusers "WHAT POSSIBLE DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE NOW!" is a good example! Here she is talking about the four dead Americans that she abandoned in Benghazi. 

Another indication of demonic presence is addressed by the French philosopher Louis Lavell in  Evil and Suffering  (1963). He says that evil causes a separation of harmony either in the same being or between beings. This, he says, is: Because every bad will pursues isolated ends which, sacrificing the whole to the part, always contaminate the integrity of the whole and threaten to annihilate it. Evil always seeks to divide and destroy. Its actions create an interior rupture where perversity itself gives bitter pleasure. It causes conflict and enmity between persons creating harmony and discord. It militates against the common good. Obama's actions with the Trayvon Martin case and Hillary's inaction and lies over Benghazi are examples of dividing and destroying! Remember, evil seeks out and senses weakness; a sociopathic and narcissistic individual- which clearly Obama and Hillary are perfect examples of,  are easy meat for demonic possession. A few years ago look carefully at Hitler and Moosolini Mao and Stalin. These bad guys were absolutely sociopathic and narcissistic to the ninth degree. Watch Hitler's speeches and tell me he was not possessed?

 With the demonic, it is often the backlash when the demon is 'outed' or confronted by truth that has been the greatest indicator of its presence. The appearance on FOX of one of the Mothers of the Seals murdered by crazed Muslims during the Benghazi attack accusing Hillary of outright lying to her face on national TV is an example of the evildoer  (Hillary) being exposed. To speak the truth in love is abhorrent to a demon. This is especially true when the demon is recognized or Satan is identified as the root of the problem.  

The reaction is sometimes subtle and sometimes violent, but an attack will follow. I do not mean physically, although sometimes this may happen, but usually by an assault on the person's character or some other diversion that will remove the protagonist from doing battle with the demon. Benghazi is the perfect example of evil influencing the decision makers  Obama and Hillary) However, in this case "good" prevailed and evil was forced to retreat and pretend that nothing happened- "at this point what difference can it possibly make" she shrieked into the face of the camera and the nation. Hillary must never be allowed into any position of authority- it is tantamount to inviting the Devil to rule!  

When men like Senator McCain, to whom I give the benefit of doubt as to his moral seriousness, seeks to find a moderate acceptable position with the forces of the left and or when anyone seeks the "middle ground" in political debate, it is clear that the old bogeyman of evil on the "Far Right" and evil on the "Far Left" has enthralled them. Let us be clear at the outset: there is no "Far Right" at all. The left today has shed its mask, displaying its hideous face for all to see. What does evil look like? A good example is the smirking face of Pelosi when the abominable un-affordable health care act was passed. Every one of the useful lib dolts in congress voted for this monstrosity which passed absent a single conservative vote.  

Yes congress is deviled as never before but- is it not impossible to find common ground with ones executioner! Comon- the libs are out to destroy America and make her unrecognizable. They have allowed 20 million dirty, ignorant impoverished Latinos into America to change the character of the nation forever. They are trying to move millions of Muslims from Syria to a neighborhood near you. They have created a nation of 50 million permanent dependants who will always vote for more. So, what common ground do you think can you find whit them?  Exactly! Partisanship? Nope it's purely survival!  

Recall that Jim Jones, the suicide-murderer minister, was a radical Leftist who supported "social justice" and Democrat politics before he convinced his Jonestown useful dolts to drink poisoned Kool-Aid. In politics, there may have been some good ideas from the old Democratic Party. My Grandfather was a democrat- he beloved in collective bargaining which has a place at the table for sure. There is much goodness on what we call the Right and there is no evil on the Right.  All evil is on the Left. Remember that because we are going to prove it by irrefutable example! 

Before delving into the historical basis for this position, consider what the Right and Left are supposed to represent. The Right is concerned with conserving and propagating the timeless values and verities that all civilized men must live with and by. The people of the right know that good and evil are not and must not ever be allowed to be confused. Moral relativity is a divisive and malignant disease of the left. Truth and lies, good and bad, right and wrong are timeless and can not and must not ever be confused or changed in the slightest. Those on the right understand that hard work and education are the keys to happiness and success. To be a decent human being is to love each other, follow God's mortal laws, and live a good life. 

Leftism, and Marxism, progressivism, socialism, communism and fascism simply assume that in the absence of big government enslavement of the poor proletariat will occur whenever free markets are allowed to operate. They know that their constituents are simple and stupid dolts who must be led and cared for by the beneficent left who most certainly knows better about everything.  This is one reason why the Left is so invested in a so-called "ideological spectrum" and that is because the Far Left does plan and hope for the emergence of a very real evil- simply reading what their blogs say about Nancy Reagan and Charlton Heston should leave no doubt about the evil that the Far Left represents. Soros, Code Pink and Black Lives Matter are all 'in your face 'examples of this disease! They are in the streets- at the Trump meetings waiving their Mexican flags while punching, gouging and inflicting pain on police horses. True and ugly Monsters from the left! 

So, the Declaration of Independence, which proclaimed to the world that all men are created equal and endowed by God with certain unalienable rights. This is the heart of what those on the "Right" believe to be their unalienable right. The moral rejection of racism came first in Judaism and then, more emphatically, in Christianity, which proclaimed that we are neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female. Yet what is most consistently considered by the Left as the most dangerous "Rightists"? American Christians who celebrate and live by the Judeo-Christian moral heritage puts the fear of God in the libs lily- livered black little hearts.  

 Libs have used and abused blacks for decades. They have so distorted the lives of blacks that today most are born to unwed mothers, half of all teens wind up with a prison record and few have any idea who their fathers are. Millions exist on various welfare programs and have no incentive to find meaningful employment.  

Imagine, Jesus was exhorting us to love our neighbor and even our enemies. Contrast this message with the actions and dictates of Islam where murder, rape, robbery and slavery are the orders of the day. ISIS is indeed the true face of Islam- drowning batches of humans in steel cages, blowing the heads of infants! Ole Moe, the phony prophet, who never made any prophesies, raped 6 year old girls, murdered personally many human beings, stole their homes and property, raided travelers and convinced his thuggish ignorant followers that his private (small g) god told him this was the way to go. Just compare this bombastic barrage of pure evil to the message and actions of Jesus Christ! See? 

Here's something you possibly don't know. Woodrow Wilson, our first Leftist president, was enthusiastically supported by the KKK (the Klan), whose members campaigned at the Democrat Convention in 1924 to get his son-in-law, William McAdoo, nominated for the presidency. McAdoo himself had insisted in 1912 that Wilson remained on the ballot, which he did, ultimately winning the nomination. Small wonder, that the Leftist bigot Wilson got a paltry seven percent of the black vote. The rest went to conservative Republicans who consistently supported equal rights for blacks. Wilson is credited or blamed as the case may be for creating the Federal Reserve Bank which has totally debased and distorted our currency such that it today carries not 5% of its original worth.  

The racism of that first pure Leftist Woodrow Wilson, was not limited to blacks. He rejected the policies of Teddy Roosevelt and William Howard Taft, which had been to treat Japan as a modern, civilized nation and Wilson opposed the Japanese proposal that the League of Nations charter endorse racial equality. He looked down as well on Italians, who were coming to America in huge numbers (to our great fortune) during his presidency.  

Later the Klan would enthusiastically support Franklin Roosevelt, and FDR (the sick leftist) responded by appointing another member of the Klan, Hugo Black, to the Supreme Court, and appointing another member of the Klan, Tom Clark, to be Attorney General (Tom Clark, the father of Ramsey Clark, would also wind up on the Supreme Court.) Paul Robeson accused FDR, the vision of American Leftism for many years, of engaging in "a gratuitous and outrageous insult to my people" by appointing the Klansman Clark to be Attorney General and Roy Wilkins of the NAACP damned FDR with "moral cowardice," the Left in America was and remains today saturated with racial bigotry.  

Harry Truman also signed up to join the Klan, making him the third icon of the American Left who directly connected himself with the most racist and malignant organization in American politics. The ideology of the Klan was profoundly anti-capitalist, and those men sympathetic to the Klan, like Tom Watson, were among the first to applaud the Bolshevik Revolution, Watson, as a senator from Georgia, was among the first to push for recognition of the new Bolshevik regime, thus neatly tying together a hatred of blacks and Jews with an enthusiastic support for the first Marxist government on the planet.  

This connection between racism and anti-Semitism (twin moral maladies) and the Left in America has never disappeared. Jeremiah Wright, the sick mentor of Barack Obama, has displayed a vicious bigotry toward people of color (pink) and a disdain for Jews worthy of an Imperial Wizard. There is another connection between Jeremiah Wright, Tom Watson, Ramsey Clark, Woodrow Wilson, Hugo Black, Nathan Bedford Forrest (founder of the KKK) and Franklin Roosevelt: all were Democrats. All considered themselves on the political Left.  

What is true about American politics is just as true about world politics. If the Far Right did not exist, if a commitment to genuine Judeo-Christian moral traditions is the best choice a morally serious person can make, then all evil would reside on the Far Left. The mythical Far Right would be the rhetorical equivalent of Kulaks in Stalinist Russia or Jews in Hitlerite Germany – an innocent scapegoat; an illusionary enemy of the people; a needed sham.  

We all do and all should hate everything that Nazism and Fascism stood for and we have to recognizes that the Nazis were NATIONAL SOCIALISTS and, in practice, not a whit different from the worst of the leftist communist monsters. The left is bathed in the blood of its victims. Such dictatorial regimes always end in tyranny, despotism, despair, slavery, murder and prison and they always begin with monsters of the left trying to tell the rest of us how we HAVE and MUST live our private lines. Twisted freaks just have be allowed to marry and to use the ladies room and shower in the girl's locker rooms - or else! 

Europeans, from Jacques Doriot (the leader of French Communists who ended up supporting the Nazis) to Oswald Mosley (the leader of the British Union of Fascists who moved during his life from being a member of the Conservative Party to a Labor Party cabinet minister to something more Leftist), all display the same politics of the Left. Everything about Fascism and National Socialism looked and smelled exactly like Bolshevism. Mussolini was known, as a Fascist leader but also as "the Lenin of Italy." Hitler advanced policies much farther to the Left than Hillary or Obama have ever proposed. (at least for now) The Nazis never called themselves a movement of the "Far Right." They were called "Rightists" that by their enemies. The Fascists, like the Nazis, rather portrayed themselves as parties of the middle or, better still, something different from the "Left" or the "Right." Yet the policies of the National Socialists as well as the Fascists reflected every aspect of the worst of socialism and (Obama would have loved this) redistribution of wealth. Indeed, the Nazis claimed to be the only true socialists. In Hitler's 1943 New Year's message, he said:

"The alliance of the arch-capitalist state of the West, or even more so of America, with the mendacious mock-socialist regime of bolshevism is conceivable only because leadership in both cases lies in the hands of international Jewry."  All true evil as relates to social order is on the Left. Nazis, Bolsheviks, American "progressives," Bernie Sanders, Hillary and all populists, panderers, socialists and Fascists have all held the same positions. They have suspicion and contempt for Jews, Christians and our Judeo-Christian moral traditions. We are only useful cows to be milked and bled white to provide them the money to pander and obtain greater and greater power. Obama also distrusts and hates the American military and has even placed ex- soldiers on the terrorist watch list.  

The political power of the left is based on creating as many material or psychological government dependents as possible and to "represent" the interests of these individuals (those who vote for a living) as if they were not individuals at all, but rather members of some demented hive. They seek violence and propaganda (violence against truth) as the primary instruments of their power. And they perpetuate the idea that they are different from each other, much as Obama and Hillary pretend to have differences, because as soon as we see that all evil is on the Left, the political debate ends. 

Obama and Hillary celebrate the deepening of social divisions and actively exploit any possible occurrence to further their nefarious ends. Obama claimed that Trayvon Martin looked like his son if he had one. What a load of crap! Then he sends Eric Holder to Ferguson to stir up more controversy and further inflame racial tensions. The white cop who shot the black teen thug was entirely within his rights and everyone knew this from the start. But hey, never fail to exploit an explosive opportunity to foment hatred and riots. Do you knot pw who the SEIU really is?  

That's the left's way- always! Divide and conquer! Obama is entirely responsible for the obscene and ridiculous but dangerous BLM (Black Lives Matter) movement which directly motivates nutty homicidal blacks to kill cops etc. This kind of social disorder is straight out of Saul Alinsky's Rules for Radicals. Alinsky was a raving, frothing, barking-mad, America Hating, commie leftist who was worshiped by Hillary and Obama as well as his friend and mentor Bill (the mad bomber) Ayers. 

The leftist organizations are OVERWHELMING in number. Many are well known, Code Pink, a Sorros funded group of fat nasty old ladies, The Southern Poverty Law Center, BLM, just to mention few. Look carefully at the appendices below for a full list and we guarantee that you will be astounded at how many there are. Consider how deeply they have wounded and are destroying our country.   

Democrats steal hotel towels and divorce more than Conservatives. White and religious Americans, who are more likely to identify as Republicans, are also more likely to report they are “very happy” in their marriages. Libs have most of their children out of wedlock and therefore have produced millions of 'little bastards' over the past three generations. Of course, many of the useful fools begin whelping kids at a far earlier age than conservatives so many of the bastards themselves have whelped tons more little bastards than the same number of conservatives at an astonishing ratio of 50 to 1.  

If you research the figures you will note that Google has 'bent' the results such that the reader is shown a virtual plethora of data claiming that teen birth rates have fallen -which most assuredly isn't the case. Planned Parenthood for example in Philadelphia has systematically murdered thousands of unborn children which skewed the figures to present a 'decline' in teen birth rate. A more accurate statistic for us would be the number of teen pregnancies aborted plus the live births rather than just the number of live births but such data isnt available. 

CHAPTER 5
 

EVIDENCE OF EVIL

 What do the whackos want?

 So far we have shown that many libs and their stupid followers are secular deviants who have serious problems with drugs and live their lives absent God's moral guidelines. As a group, libs are mostly unhappy people and it's possible (as we said above) that some of then are not quite human.... The lib dross (useful idiots) are 90% black and Latino. There are well over 70 million of them breathing our air in America. They live entirely on welfare drugs and crime. Not to be discounted are the university faculty and the majority of the students who swallow the lib line. These so-called institutions of higher learning are bastions of lib and progressive socialist crap. The students are strident and defensive, screaming profanities in their attempt to shut down rational discourse whenever it disagrees with their perverted worldviews. 

The majority of the professors and administrators themselves are bent such that most can actually kiss their own ass :) All this began during the administration of FDR who allowed actual card carrying commies into this cabinet and state department where tray have become institutions. Today, the Department of State is a bastion of reds and secular hate-filled libs with a significant number of them being overt homosexuals. The depth of penetration of queers into government is evidenced by the extraordinary efforts this administration at all levels has gone to in gaining political power and special treatment for their homo freak pals.

The Justice department has singled out private companies in an attempt to force their perverted will on them. Today the evil bastards are actually threatening to shut off federal funding for businesses and schools who refuse to let freaks, perverts, queers and fags and whatever other twisted weirdos into the girls toilets and locker rooms. This kind of upside down sickness is typical of the left in their attempt to destroy social order. Saul Alinsky, Cloward & Pivins and Bill (the bomber) Ayers, Obama and Hillary are right there with them! Evil, as we have pointed out, takes many forms and in America today the lib mask has come off and normal people can clearly see who they are and what true evil looks like. (A list of the most egregious outspoken libs is included in the appendices)

 America has a population of something like 310 million plus. Of that number, 99.9% are normal human beings meaning not sexually perverted whackos. We have a supreme court however that wildly does not remotely represent America. Of the nine, two are overt fat lesbo homos, one is a geriatric Jewish basket case and one is like "Pat" on Saturday Night Live. A couple seem normal but, as a group, they decided that queers have a constitutional right to enter into the bonds of Holy Matrimony which they most certainly do not. The court has absolutely no business becoming involved in such maters. In so doing they are working for Evil and the destruction of our American values which are based entirely on God's ten commandants.  America is great because America is good. That was the idea for most of our history. However, since the 60's when the evil libs penetrated our schools, worming their way into the media and government, we have seen our country descending into anger, despair, economic disaster, racial disharmony, crime and murder!  

The Justice department (under the two blacks, Holder and Lynch) HAVE AND ARE attacking and threatening our citizens for following God's moral code while the IRS goes after conservative organizations, punishing those who would speak out against the feds unjust and evil practices. There are 75 discernable and provable crimes committed by the current Obama administration which we present in the appendices. Each and every one is an egregious affront to decency and further accelerates America's descent into chaos and despair. 

As far as the published political aims of the libs, I think they disserve some serious consideration. What is it they want and what will America look like if they get what they want? Their principal focus areas are: 

• Income inequality
• Redistribution
• Welfare programs
• Climate Change

 Then in specific: 

1. Raise the federal minimum wage, so that it reaches $15/hour, while indexing it to inflation.

      This of course will put 90% of all small business out of business. 

2. Reform the National Labor Relations Act, to enhance workers’ right to organize and rebuild the middle class. This means forcing workers to join unions who then will donate more money to the Democratic party and only further destabilize the economy resulting in more strikes and labor disputes driving up the costs of goods and services and forcing more companies to leave the country.

3. Pass comprehensive immigration reform to grow the economy and protect against exploitation of low-wage workers. This means of course making it legal for millions of illegal's to vote for democrats. It will put even more American citizens out of work.

4. Oppose trade deals that hand more power to corporations at the expense of American jobs, workers’ rights, and the environment. This is purely cover for allowing the Federal environmental control jack booted thugs to further destabilize American industry.

5. Invest in schools, not jails-- and give a second chance to those coming home from prison.

      This means releasing millions of criminals to prey on the public and then allow them to vote          to increase the lib rolls.

6. Pass national paid sick leave. Pure populism.  A naked tactic to again drive up the cost of goods and services in an attempt to buy votes. Of course, more costly regulations will certainly cause more companies to consider relocating elsewhere.

7. Pass national paid family leave. Same as above.

8. Make Pre-K, after-school programs and childcare universal. This is code for the taxpayers feeding the multitudes of children whelped by minorities so they will remain healthy enough to vote.

9. Expand the Earned Income Tax Credit and protect and expand Social Security. Again, pure populism. Taking tax money fro those who earn it and giving it in exchange for votes to the unproductive.

10. Allow students to refinance student loan debt to take advantage of lower interest rates, and support debt-free college. The idea here is to eventually forgive the debt while having the American taxpayer pick up the debt. Even today Obama has made it possible for a student to take a Federal job and have his student loans paid by the taxpayer.

11. Close the carried interest loophole. This is only to increase further the tax burden on the productive individuals and companies.

12. Implement the “Buffett Rule” so millionaires pay their fair share. They already pay 90% of all taxes. Half of all voters (all libs) pay zero federal taxes. Everyone in the Tea Party pays taxes and all wealthy individuals and companies pay. Libs don't pay- they ride in the cart while productive citizens push.

13. Close the CEO tax loophole that allows corporations to take advantage of “performance pay” write-offs. This is a nasty trick to put more money into government and less into the hands of the individuals who earned it.

14. Close all Coal mines, stop oil and gas production and exploration (fracking) and build more renewable power stations while closing any using carbon based fuel sources. This will easily result in America actually coming to a stop. The cost of power would increase by 300++% and put almost all business out of business. Today we pay on average 8.5 cents per kwh. All renewable (solar and wind) cost a minimum of .23 cents per kwh and today represent less than 2% of all power generated. Their output is 100% subsidized by the taxpayers.

15. Push Americans to buy electric cars and stop using vehicles powered buy gasoline or diesel. As the replacement batteries today cost about $8000 and are needed every 2 years this isnt likely to happen any time soon. Electric cars have zero resale value and new ones cost a minimum of $40,000.00. As battery technology develops, it is possible that electric vehicles will become more acceptable but we're a long way from that happening today.

 As can be seen from the above, there is nothing here at all that will strengthen America. Nothing about building up our military, nothing about defeating ISIS and the Muslim whackos bent on killing us all. The libs say nothing about making stronger and smarter trade deals or doing anything about Iran or North Korea. What we need to do is reduce corporation and individual taxes and make it financially acceptable for the tons of dollars overseas to come home. The economy is a mess 

The percentage of tax revenues going to so- called "entitlements" is already over half of all the money confiscated from our productive citizens.  This is far too much and must be scaled back or we will not survive.

CHAPTER 6
 

GUNS AND CONSERVATIVES

I don't know about you but I grew up with guns. We had a shotgun on the back porch and one at the front door all the years I was growing up. I had a 22 pistol and used to carry a shotgun to grade school to shoot ducks at recess. My dad had guns and we all hunted together. 

Almost every friend I have has guns and most carry one every day. I have one in my desk drawer in my bed stand, under the pillow, in my car and I carry one everywhere every day. Half the residents of the state of Florida carry guns as does probably half the entire country. Why? Well, in my case if I didn't have a gun I wouldn't be here. I had to shoot two robbers once and surprised them- they had carpet knives and I had a gun! Moral of the story - don't being a knife to a gun fight! 

What happened in Paris at the concert where the crazed muzzies unloaded on a 150 unarmed Frenchmen would not turn out so good for the muzzies if they tried that here in Florida. Half the audience would shoot back and 75 guns against 5 would make Swiss cheese out of the silly ass ragheads. Maybe that's why they don't try it here? The cops can never protect anyone from such attacks. They can only turn up after the fact and stand there helplessly as they survey the dead smoking bodies. Don't ever expect law enforcement to stop a terrorist attack- They can't and don't! Protect yourself! 

Now, what other reason do we conservatives have to bear arms? Well, the obvious one is to kill obnoxious and overbearing politicians who irritate us too much! Really! We don't trust government and never will. Conservatives do not view government with anything but dislike, derision, distain and suspicion. All conservatives are constantly robbed by the government who confiscate our money to buy votes from the dross while giving us nothing. We see all government is a barely necessary evil. All of us are very able and happy to get along entirely without government except for a few very limited functions. Why do you think so many people just buy boats and cruise the world or move someplace as far away from government as possible?  

The perfect government for a conservative provides for a military, deals with foreign affairs and never funds overseas interests. No politician should stay in offcie for more than one term. The 'good' government can print money but only to replace worn out currency has not ever the power to decide to simply 'print money.' That government that does has run amuck and should be stopped by any and all means. No government should have ever have anything to do with schools, education, welfare, religion, the environment, building codes, bathrooms, school or home loans or any other things that are best left to individuals, towns and the states. 

The idea of a big brother 1984 Orwellian government is athemia to any conservative. We want all government the hell out of out lives to the greatest degree possible. No state should send one red penny to any federal government and no state should expect to or ask to receive a dime from them. Federal revenues should be vastly reduced. Almost all the 700 useless departments listed in the appendices herein should be terminated forthwith- 90% of them are useless overpriced giveaways to the dross.

 The kind of gun a conservative needs is a fully automatic military weapon. We all should have mortars, machine guns, tanks, flamethrowers and indeed anything we want to defend ourselves against a tyrannical runway government such as the present obama administration. The jack-booted federal thugs should expect a belly of buckshot anytime they prey on real Americans by beating down our doors in the middle of the night. The thugs who raided the Guitar factory for using some kind of wood that obaba didn't approve of should have been executed on the spot. We all should have claymores planted into the sides of our front doors for exactly that purpose. 

This utterly bizarre raid on Gibson Guitars by a paramilitary unit of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service was as crazy as it was an absurd and disgusting abuse of power.  Nothing about this ever smelled right: a raid coming from out of nowhere, without warning, to kick Gibson’s doors down, ostensibly because they violated some bizarre unknown provision of import laws when bringing hardwood into the country.  It wasn’t even American law they were supposedly violating, but a Indian or Madagascar regulation which came as something of a surprise to authorities in India and Madagascar.  In a delightful inversion of American legal principle, the folks at Gibson were never allowed to see the sealed warrant that supposedly authorized the raid.  Guilty until proven innocent!  "We’ll get back to you later on what you’re allegedly guilty of." was their parting comment! 

It was later known that the raid was a political hit, ordered directly by Obama because CEO Henry Juszkiewicz, made campaign donations to Republicans.  The financial disruption to the company was considerable, a $250,000 settlement, a $50,000 payoff to phony leftie environmentalist groups, over $2 million in legal fees, plus the cost of being essentially shut down for a while by the raid.

 Gibson Guitars is located in Tennessee, which is a right-to-work state; their competitors are not.  At one point in the saga, Juszkiewicz was told by government agents he could make his problems go away if he used foreign labor for manufacturing. Gibson Guitars is hardly the only company on union target lists to find itself in trouble with the Obama Administration. The IRS, under obama, has been and still is targeting conservative groups with relative impunity despite several attempts in congress to rein them in. When Congress demanded the emails from Lois Lerner etc., they were told that the hard drives had been shredded. Imagine that?

Here's the thing- Governments cannot function without taking power from the people and they cannot grow unless they take more. The miserable leftie feds in DC have grown from 3.5 million in 1950 to 20 million today. That, my friend, is far, far too many apparatchiks!  

One of the iconic weapons of the early west was the Colt Peacemaker. This is a particularly apt nomenclature as almost everyone in those days carried a gun and no one wanted to disturb the peace (piss anyone off) lest they get shot. Today, almost everyone I know again carries a weapon and, in those areas where "NORMAL" people live, there's plenty of peace and quiet. 

 What do I mean by NORMAL people? I mean law abiding, intelligent educated human beings. I do not mean, low IQ, drug- dealing and using thugs and other low-life animals capping each other with gay abandon in the disgusting urban zoos that pass for leftie run cities like specifically- Detroit, Chicago, Las Angeles and the other many dark enclaves of semi- human monsters.

CHAPTER 7

 Conservatives and God 

Almost all conservatives identify themselves as Christians. 90% of all conservatives are white transplanted Europeans. Most lead normal fulfilling lives caring for their children and being good citizens. Conservatives pay their taxes (unlike lefties) and have regular lives. Most live in single family homes all across this magnificent country. Most conservatives have I.Q.'s in the high 100's and more than half have educations past high school. 

All across America Conservatives attend their churches on Sundays and support them throughout the week. Most Conservatives pray regularly and almost all pray before dropping off to sleep. Their belief in God is unshakable and they are most definitely NOT limited to what the leftie press is wont to call the moral majority or whackos playing with snakes and talking in tongues.

 Did America have a Christian Founding? This disputed question, far from being only of historical interest, has important implications for how we conceive of the role of religion in the American republic. Let's begin by considering two popular answers to the query, “Of course not!” and “Absolutely!”-both of which distort the Founders’ views. After showing that Christian ideas were one of the important intellectual influences on the Founders, we can discuss three major areas of agreement with respect to religious liberty and church–state relations at the time of the Founding:  To wit- religious liberty is a right and must be protected; the national government should not create an established church, and states should have only so far as they encourage and assist Christianity; and (importantly) religion belongs in the public square. In short, while America did not have a Christian Founding in the sense of creating a theocracy, its Founding was deeply shaped by Christian moral, self evident and timeless truths. More important, it created a regime that was hospitable to Christians, but also to practitioners of other religions. Our founders knew, as we ourselves know clearly, the difference between good and bad, evil and light, truth and lies Conservative and the Godless lefties!

 The role of religion in the American republic has been often discussed since the nation’s inception but only since the 1960's, when the evil of the secular humanists became so much stronger, have we seen the filth and moral decay of the sick, twisted and corrupt ideology of the progressives become manifest. Debates today are particularly fierce when they concern religious liberty and the proper relationship between church and state. Arguments on these questions are often framed in the light of the Founders’ intentions, but unfortunately, their views are totally distorted by the Godless fools bent on destroying America.

 Did America have a Christian Founding? In order to answer the question “Did America have a Christian Founding let us begin by considering what, exactly, would constitute a Christian Founding? The Founders clearly identified themselves as Christians. In 1776, every European American, with the exception of about 2,500 Jews, (and zero muzzies) identified themselves as Christian. Approximately 98 percent of the colonists were Protestants, with the remaining 1.9 percent being Roman Catholics.

 The Founders were clearly influenced by Christian ideas. Scholars have spent a great amount of time attempting to discern this influence. Book after book has been written about whether the Founders were most influenced by John Locke's liberalism, classical republicanism, the Scottish Enlightenment, etc.  Clearly, orthodox Christianity had a very significant influence on America’s Founders and that this influence is often overlooked by the purveyors of sick leftie philosophy.

 Few doubt that Puritans were serious Christians attempting to create, in the words of Massachusetts Governor John Winthrop, “a shining city upon a hill” (a reference to Matthew 5:14). (Which the evil libs have been desperately trying to distort and destroy ever since.) Puritans separated church and state, but they clearly thought the two institutions should work in tandem to support, protect, and promote true Christianity. 

Other colonies, however, are described as being significantly different from those in New England. Historian John Fea, for instance, contends that “the real appeal of Jamestown was economic opportunity and the very real possibility of striking it rich.” It is certainly the case that colonists were attracted to the New World by economic opportunity (in New England as well as in the South and exactly as they are today), and yet even in the southern colonies the protection and promotion of Christianity was more important than many authors assume. For instance, Virginia’s 1610 legal code begins: 

"Whereas his Majesty, like himself a most zealous prince, has in his own realms a principal care of true religion and reverence to God and has always strictly commanded his generals and governors, with all his forces wheresoever, to let their ways be, like his ends, for the glory of God…. The first three articles of this text go on to state that the colonists have embarked on a “sacred cause,” to mandate regular church attendance, and to proclaim that anyone who speaks impiously against the Trinity or who blasphemes God’s name will be put to death."

 Early colonial laws and constitutions such as the Mayflower Compact, the Fundamental Orders of Connecticut, and Massachusetts Body of Liberties are filled with such language—and in some cases, they incorporate biblical texts wholesale. Perhaps more surprisingly, tolerant, Quaker Pennsylvania was more similar to Puritan New England than many realize. The Charter of Liberties and Frame of Government of the Province of Pennsylvania (1681) begins by making it clear that God has ordained government, and it even quotes Romans 13 to this effect.  

Article 38 of the document lists “offenses against God” that may be punished by the magistrate, including: swearing, cursing, lying, profane talking, drunkenness, drinking of healths, obscene words, incest, sodomy…stage-plays, cards, dice, May-games, gamesters, masques, revels, bull-baiting, cock-fighting, bear-baiting, and the like, which excite the people to rudeness, cruelty, looseness, and irreligion. 

An extensive survey of early colonial constitutions and laws reveals many similar provisions. As well, at least nine of the 13 colonies had established churches, and all required officeholders to be Christians- or, in some cases, Protestants. Quaker Pennsylvania, for instance, expected officeholders to be “such as possess faith in Jesus Christ.” ( Now we allow actual muzzies into congress_ Are we nuts? This is how far we have strayed)  

If one is to understand the story of the United States of America, it is important to have a proper appreciation for our Christian colonial roots. By almost any measure, colonists of European descent who settled in the New World were serious Christians whose constitutions, laws, and practices reflected the influence of Christianity. Although some authors refer to this “planting” as a “founding,” such a designation is rare among scholars. Instead, most scholars consider America to have been founded in the late 18th century around one of, or some combination of, two major events: the War for Independence and the creation of America’s constitutional order.

 On the surface, the War for American Independence appears to be an inherently un-Christian event. The Apostle Paul, in Romans 13, seems to leave little room for revolution: “Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained by God. Whosoever therefore resists the power, resists the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.” 

Historically, Christian thinkers have taken this and similar biblical passages to prohibit rebellion against civic authorities. However, in the 12th century, some Christian scholars began to allow for the possibility that an oppressed people must overthrow oppressive and evil monarchs. These ideas were developed and significantly expanded by the Protestant Reformers. John Calvin, the most politically conservative of these men, contended that, in some cases, a free people must resist an ungodly and tyrannical ruler. leaders such as John Knox, George Buchanan, and Samuel Rutherford of Scotland, Stephanus Junius Brutus, Theodore Beza of France, Christopher Goodman and John Ponet of England argued fiercely that decent people must resist unjust rulers and even required citizens to do so using any and all means!

 It is worth noting that all of these men wrote before John Locke published his Two Treatises of Government and that this tradition was profoundly influential in America. Indeed, between 55 percent and 75 percent of Americans in this era associated themselves with Calvinist churches, and members of the tradition were significantly overrepresented among American intellectual elites.

 A modern word on this is important to inject here. In delving deeply into the creation of and nature of matter itself - as they have been dong at Cern Switzerland with the great collider (particle accelerator), its important to note that the finding of the smallest particle, thought to be the building block of the universe and all within it- was and is called the God Particle! Here the greatest minds in theoretical physics found God. Many of these geniuses reached the conclusion that indeed a creator must absolutely exist, our creator and their creator- God himself. The existence of God was admitted also by Einstein. Look it up. Most of our greatest minds are not atheists! Only the dullest can see the world and universe and think it's all purely happenstance- we leave that mind numbing nonsense to the unhappy and lonely libs! 

Back to America and Christianity! The influence of the Reformed political tradition in the Founding era is manifested in a variety of ways, but particularly noteworthy is the almost unanimous support Calvinist clergy offered to American patriots. This was noticed by the other side, as suggested by the Loyalist Peter Oliver, who railed against the “black Regiment, the dissenting Clergy, who took so active a part in the Rebellion.” King George himself reportedly referred to the War for Independence as “a Presbyterian Rebellion.” From the English perspective, British Major Harry Rooke was largely correct when he confiscated a presumably Calvinist book from an American prisoner and remarked that “it is your G-d Damned Religion of this Country that ruins the Country; Damn your religion.” 

The Declaration of Independence, the most famous document produced by the Continental Congress during the War for Independence, proclaims: “We hold these truths to be self-evident: that all men are created equal; that they are endowed by their Creator (not government) with certain unalienable rights; that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.” As well, this text references “the laws of nature and of nature’s God” and closes by “appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world” and noting the signers’ “reliance on the protection of divine Providence.” The Founders’ use of Christian rhetoric and arguments becomes even more evident if one looks at other statements of colonial rights and concerns such as the Suffolk Resolves, the Declaration of Rights, and the Declaration of the Causes and Necessity of Taking up Arms, to say nothing of the dozen explicitly Christian calls for prayer, fasting, and thanksgiving issued by the Continental and Confederation Congresses.

 Some scholars have argued that the use of “distant” words for God or “vague and generic God-language” like “Nature’s God,” Creator,” and “Providence” in the Declaration and other texts is evidence that the Founders were deists. However, by the way, indisputably orthodox Christians also regularly used such appellations. Make nothing of this...

 For instance, the Westminster Standards (a classic Reformed confession of faith), both in the original 1647 version and in the 1788 American revision, refer to the deity as “the Supreme Judge,” “the great Creator of all things,” “the first cause,” “righteous judge,” “God the Creator,” and “the supreme Law and King of all the world.” The Standards also regularly reference God’s providence and even proclaim that “the light of nature showeth that there is a God….” Similarly, Isaac Watts, the “father of English Hymnody,” referred to the deity as “nature’s God” in a poem about Psalm 148: 10. Jeffry H. Morrison has argued persuasively that the Declaration’s references to “‘divine Providence’ and ‘the Supreme Judge of the World’ would have been quite acceptable to Reformed Americans in 1776, and conjured up images of the ‘distinctly biblical God’ when they heard or read the Declaration.”

 In light of the above it is perhaps surprising that the Constitution says relatively little about God or religion. Of course, there's remaining more than ample evidence that America is indeed a Christian nation. The First Amendment merely reinforced this understanding with respect to the faith i.e., Congress has no power to establish a national church or restrict the free exercise of religion. Even though Christianity, per se, is not mentioned in the Constitution or Bill or Rights, the Founders of the American republic were influenced by Christian ideas in significant ways. For example:

 1. Their faith taught them that humans were sinful. As James Madison wrote in Federalist No. 51, “If men were angels, no government would be necessary. If angels were to govern men, neither external or internal controls on government would be necessary.” This conviction led them to avoid utopian experiments such as those later pursued during the French Revolution and to adopt a constitutional system characterized by separated powers, checks and balances, and federalism. Many Enlightenment thinkers in this era, by way of contrast, tended to favor a strong, centralized government run by experts.

 2. They firmly believed that God ordained moral standards, that legislation should be made in accordance with these standards, and that moral laws took precedence over human laws. This conviction manifests itself in their abstract reflections (e.g., James Wilson’s law lectures, parts of which read like St. Thomas Aquinas’s Summa Theologica) and practical decisions (e.g., all but one Supreme Court Justice prior to John Marshall argued publicly that the Court could strike down an act of Congress if it violated natural law). 

3. Similarly, Christianity informed the Founders’ understanding of substantive concepts such as “liberty.” Barry Shain has identified eight different ways in which the word was used in the 18th century. Only one of these is related to the excessively individualistic way the term is often used today. Instead, the Founders were far more likely to see liberty as the freedom to do what is morally correct, as illustrated by United States Supreme Court Justice James Wilson’s marvelous dictum: “Without liberty, law loses its nature and its name, and becomes oppression. Without law, liberty also loses its nature and its name, and becomes licentiousness.”

 4. America’s Founders believed that humans were created in the imago dei—the image of God. Part of what this means is that humans are reasonable beings. This led them to conclude that we the people (as opposed to the elite) can order our public lives together through politics rather than force. It also helped inform early (and later) American opposition to slavery.

 5. Faith led many Founders to conclude that religious liberty should be extensively protected. Yet many also thought that civic authorities should encourage Christianity and that it is appropriate to use religious language in the public square. By the late 18th century, some Founders were beginning to question the wisdom of religious establishments, primarily because they thought that such establishments hurt true religion. The Founders’ views on these questions have the most immediate and obvious policy and legal implications, so I will address them in some detail.

 America’s Founders were committed to the idea that religion (by which virtually all of them meant Christianity) was necessary for public happiness and political prosperity. This view was so widespread that James Hutson has called it “the Founders’ syllogism.” The key question with respect to particular establishments at the state level was whether they helped or hurt the faith.

Jefferson issued calls for prayer and fasting as governor of Virginia, and in his revision of Virginia’s statutes, he drafted bills stipulating when the governor could appoint “days of public fasting and humiliation, or thanksgiving” and to punish “Disturbers of Religious Worship and Sabbath Breakers.” As a member of the Continental Congress, he proposed that the nation adopt a seal containing the image of Moses “extending his hand over the sea, caus[ing] it to overwhelm Pharaoh,” and the motto “Rebellion to tyrants is obedience to God.” He closed his second inaugural address by encouraging all Americans to join him in seeking “the favor of that Being in whose hands we are, who led our forefathers, as Israel of old….” And two days after completing his letter to the Danbury Baptists, he attended church services in the U.S. Capitol, where he heard John Leland, the great Baptist minister and opponent of religious establishments, preach. 

This point may be illustrated in a variety of ways, but a particularly useful exercise is to look at the first Congress, the body that crafted the First Amendment. One of Congress’s first acts was to agree to appoint and pay congressional chaplains. Shortly after doing so, it reauthorized the Northwest Ordinance, which held that “Religion, morality, and knowledge being necessary to good government and the happiness of mankind, schools and the means of education shall forever be encouraged.”

 More significantly for understanding the First Amendment, on the day after the House approved the final wording of the Bill of Rights, Elias Boudinot, later president of the American Bible Society, proposed that the President recommend a day of public thanksgiving and prayer. In response to objections that such a practice mimicked European customs or should be done by the states, Roger Sherman, according to a contemporary newspaper account: justified the practice of thanksgiving, on any signal event, not only as a laudable one in itself, but as warranted by a number of precedents in holy writ: for instance, the solemn thanksgivings and rejoicings which took place in the time of Solomon, after the building of the temple, was a case in point. This example, he thought, worthy of Christian imitation on the present occasion; and he would agree with the gentleman who moved the resolution.

 The House agreed, as did the Senate, as did the President. The result was George Washington’s famous 1789 Thanksgiving Day Proclamation. The text of his proclamation is worth quoting at some length: Whereas it is the duty of all Nations to acknowledge the providence of Almighty God, to obey his will, to be grateful for his benefits, and humbly to implore His protection and favor… I do recommend…the People of these States to the service of that great and glorious Being, who is the beneficent Author of all the good that was, that is, or that will be…. And also that we may then unite in most humbly offering our prayers and supplications to the great Lord and Ruler of Nations and beseech Him to pardon our national and other transgressions, to enable us all, whether in public or private stations, to perform our several and relative duties properly and punctually; to render our national government a blessing to all the People…. 

So did America have a Christian Founding? History shows clearly significant evidence that the Founders were religious man who intended and wanted religion included in the public square and no evidence that they desired the strict separation of church and state. They identified themselves as Christians, were influenced in important ways by Christian ideas, and generally thought it appropriate for civic authorities to encourage Christianity.

 What the twisted leftie freaks on the Warren court did was entirely the opposite of what our founders wanted for America and we stupid people allowed this to stand. The Founders were profoundly influenced by Christianity and they designed our constitutional to allow and promote Christian beliefs. They however did  prohibit religious tests for federal offices, and they were committed to the proposition that all men and women should be free to worship God (or not) as their consciences dictate. 

Clearly, lefties have tried to forget and ignore our country’s Christian roots. However, those of us ( the majority) wishing to preserve our rich Christian heritage must destroy the heretics among us, rooting them from our schools and institutions as they are not content to live among us in peace- they are bent on total destruction of our belief's and virtues.

  Christian ideas underlie all the key tenets of America’s constitutional order. For instance, the Founders believed that humans are created in the image of God and receive our rights from AGod not from Government, which led them to design institutions and laws meant to protect and promote freedom and human dignity. Because they were aware that humans can be sinful, they avoided the concentration of power by framing a national government with carefully limited and enumerated powers. As well, the Founders were committed to liberty, but they never imagined that provisions of the Bill of Rights would be used to protect licentiousness. And they clearly thought moral considerations should inform legislation.

 America, due entirely to the Godless lefties, has drifted from these first principles. We would do well to reconsider the wisdom of these changes. The Founders believed it permissible for the national and state governments to encourage Christianity. The Constitution does not in any way mandate secular policies, and we should be extremely wary of any and all jurists, politicians, and academics who would dare try strip religion from the public square! We should certainly reject arguments that America’s Founders intended the First Amendment to prohibit neutral programs that support faith-based social service agencies, religious schools, and the like. 

Finally, we ignore at our extreme peril the Founders’ insight that democracy requires a informed and intelligent moral people and that faith and God's moral dictates are indispensable for self government. Such faith can very well flourish absent government support, but it should not have to flourish in the face of government hostility.

APPENDICES

U. S. Welfare Programs

U.S. Welfare Programs, numbering in the thousands, fit into 13 large categories which are listed and described below.  All U.S. Welfare Programs provide benefits to low-income individuals and families.  The programs represent entitlements to all Americans but benefits are only paid to individuals and families with low income.  For more information see the Definition of Welfare Page, the Entitlement Programs Page and the Social Safety Net Page.

In addition to the 13 programs shown below, U.S. Welfare Programs also include the Medicaid Program which provides health care to low-income citizens and certain non-citizens. 

Negative Income Tax – Two tax credit programs are administered by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to distribute money to low-income Americans.  The tax credits include a “refundable” portion which is paid to individuals and families that owe no income tax for the year.  Therefore, this portion of the tax credits act as “negative income tax”.  The two programs are the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC), and the Child Tax Credit.   More

SNAP – FOOD STAMPS This is a feeding program for low-income individuals and families.  SNAP used to be called the food stamp program and stands for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program.  It is run by the USDA (United States Department of Agriculture).  Participants receive a debit card which is accepted in most grocery stories for the purchase of food. 

Housing Assistance – Various housing programs are administered by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) including rental assistance, public housing and various community development grants. 

SSI – This is a program to pay cash to low-income individuals over 65 years of age or under 65 if the individual is blind or disabled.  SSI stands for Supplemental Security Income and is administered by the Social Security Administration. 

 Pell Grants – This is a grant program administered by the Department of Education to distribute up to $5,550 to students from low-income households to promote postsecondary education (colleges and trade schools). 

TANF - This is a combined federal and state program that pays cash to low-income households with the goal of moving individuals from welfare to work.  TANF stands for Temporary Assistance for Needy Families and is administered by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. 

 Child Nutrition – These are food programs administered by the USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) which include school lunch, breakfast and after school programs.  They target children from low-income households and provide free or reduced price meals. 

 Head Start – This is a pre-school program available to kids from low-income families.  It is administered by HHS (U.S. Department of Health and Human Services).  

 Job Training Programs – These are a myriad of training programs administered by the Department of Labor (DOL) to provide job training, displacement and employment services generally targeting low-income Americans.  More

WIC  - This is a program to provide Healthy food to pregnant women and children up to five years of age.  WIC stands for Women, Infants and Children and is available to low-income households. 

 Child Care – This is a block grant program to states and local public and private agencies who administer child care programs to low-income families.  It is administered by HHS. 

 LIHEAP – This is a program to aid low-income households that pay a high proportion of household income for home energy, either heating or cooling a residential dwelling.  LIHEAP stands for Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program and is administered by HHS. 

 Lifeline (Obama Phone) – This is a program to provide discounted phone service, including cell phones, to low-income individuals.  The program is administered by the Federal Communications Commission.

• Advancement Project: This organization works to organize "communities of color" into politically cohesive units while disseminating its leftist worldviews and values as broadly as possible by way of a sophisticated communications department.
• Air America Radio: Now defunct, this was a self-identified "liberal" radio network.
• All of Us or None: This organization seeks to change voting laws -- which vary from state to state -- so as to allow ex-inmates, parolees, and even current inmates to cast their ballots in political elections.
• Alliance for Justice: Best known for its activism vis a vis the appointment of federal judges, this group consistently depicts Republican judicial nominees as "extremists."
• America Coming Together: Soros played a major role in creating this group, whose purpose was to coordinate and organize pro-Democrat voter-mobilization programs.
• America Votes: Soros also played a major role in creating this group, whose get-out-the-vote campaigns targeted likely Democratic voters.
• America's Voice: This open-borders group seeks to promote “comprehensive” immigration reform that includes a robust agenda in favor of amnesty for illegal aliens.
• American Bar Association Commission on Immigration Policy: This organization "opposes laws that require employers and persons providing education, health care, or other social services to verify citizenship or immigration status."
• American Bridge 21st Century: This Super PAC conducts opposition research designed to help Democratic political candidates defeat their Republican foes.
• American Civil Liberties Union: This group opposes virtually all post-9/11 national security measures enacted by the U.S. government. It supports open borders, has rushed to the defense of suspected terrorists and their abettors, and appointed former New Left terrorist Bernardine Dohrn to its Advisory Board.
• American Constitution Society for Law and Policy: This Washington, DC-based think tank seeks to move American jurisprudence to the left by recruiting, indoctrinating, and mobilizing young law students, helping them acquire positions of power. It also provides leftist Democrats with a bully pulpit from which to denounce their political adversaries.
• American Family Voices: This group creates and coordinates media campaigns charging Republicans with wrongdoing.
• American Federation of Teachers: After longtime AFT President Albert Shanker died in in 1997, he was succeeded by Sandra Feldman, who slowly “re-branded” the union, allying it with some of the most powerful left-wing elements of the New Labor Movement. When Feldman died in 2004, Edward McElroy took her place, followed by Randi Weingarten in 2008. All of them kept the union on the leftward course it had adopted in its post-Shanker period.
• American Friends Service Committee: This group views the United States as the principal cause of human suffering around the world. As such, it favors America's unilateral disarmament, the dissolution of American borders, amnesty for illegal aliens, the abolition of the death penalty, and the repeal of the Patriot Act.
• American Immigration Council: This non-profit organization is a prominent member of the open-borders lobby. It advocates expanded rights and amnesty for illegal aliens residing in the U.S.
• American Immigration Law Foundation: This group supports amnesty for illegal aliens, on whose behalf it litigates against the U.S. government.
• American Independent News Network: This organization promotes "impact journalism" that advocates progressive change.
• American Institute for Social Justice: AISJ's goal is to produce skilled community organizers who can “transform poor communities” by agitating for increased government spending on city services, drug interdiction, crime prevention, housing, public-sector jobs, access to healthcare, and public schools.
• American Library Association: This group has been an outspoken critic of the Bush administration's War on Terror -- most particularly, Section 215 of the USA Patriot Act, which it calls "a present danger to the constitutional rights and privacy rights of library users."
• The American Prospect, Inc.: This corporation trains and mentors young leftwing journalists, and organizes strategy meetings for leftist leaders.
• Amnesty International: This organization directs a grossly disproportionate share of its criticism for human rights violations at the United States and Israel.
• Applied Research Center: Viewing the United States as a nation where “structural racism” is deeply “embedded in the fabric of society,” ARC seeks to "build a fair and equal society" by demanding “concrete change from our most powerful institutions."
• Arab American Institute Foundation: The Arab American Institute denounces the purportedly widespread civil liberties violations directed against Arab Americans in the post-9/11 period, and characterizes Israel as a brutal oppressor of the Palestinian people.
• Aspen Institute: This organization promotes radical environmentalism and views America as a nation plagued by deep-seated “structural racism.”
• Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now: This group conducts voter mobilization drives on behalf of leftist Democrats. These initiatives have been notoriously marred by fraud and corruption.
• Ballot Initiative Strategy Center: This organization seeks to advance “a national progressive strategy” by means of ballot measures—state-level legislative proposals that pass successfully through a petition (“initiative”) process and are then voted upon by the public.
• Bill of Rights Defense Committee: This group provides a detailed blueprint for activists interested in getting their local towns, cities, and even college campuses to publicly declare their opposition to the Patriot Act, and to designate themselves "Civil Liberties Safe Zones." The organization also came to the defense of self-described radical attorney Lynne Stewart, who was convicted in 2005 of providing material support for terrorism.
• Black Alliance for Just Immigration: This organization seeks to create a unified movement for “social and economic justice” centered on black racial identity.
• Blueprint North Carolina: This group seeks to “influence state policy in North Carolina so that residents of the state benefit from more progressive policies such as better access to health care, higher wages, more affordable housing, a safer, cleaner environment, and access to reproductive health services.”
• Brennan Center for Justice: This think tank/legal activist group generates scholarly studies, mounts media campaigns, files amicus briefs, gives pro bono support to activists, and litigates test cases in pursuit of radical "change."
• Brookings Institution: This organization has been involved with a variety of internationalist and state-sponsored programs, including one that aspires to facilitate the establishment of a U.N.-dominated world government. Brookings Fellows have also called for additional global collaboration on trade and banking; the expansion of the Kyoto Protocol; and nationalized health insurance for children. Nine Brookings economists signed a petitionopposing President Bush's tax cuts in 2003.
• Campaign for America's Future: This group supports tax hikes, socialized medicine, and a dramatic expansion of social welfare programs.
• Campaign for Better Health Care: This organization favors a single-payer, government-run, universal health care system.
• Campaign for Youth Justice: This organization contends that “transferring juveniles to the adult criminal-justice system leads to higher rates of recidivism, puts incarcerated and detained youth at unnecessary risk, has little deterrence value, and does not increase public safety.”
• Campus Progress: A project of the Soros-bankrolled Center for American Progress, this group seeks to "strengthen progressive voices on college and university campuses, counter the growing influence of right-wing groups on campus, and empower new generations of progressive leaders."
• Casa de Maryland: This organization aggressively lobbies legislators to vote in favor of policies that promote expanded rights, including amnesty, for illegal aliens currently residing in the United States.
• Catalist: This is a for-profit political consultancy that seeks "to help progressive organizations realize measurable increases in civic participation and electoral success by building and operating a robust national voter database of every voting-age American."
• Catholics for Choice: This nominally Catholic organization supports women's right to abortion-on-demand.
• Catholics in Alliance for the Common Good: This political nonprofit group is dedicated to generating support from the Catholic community for leftwing candidates, causes, and legislation.
• Center for American Progress: This leftist think tank is headed by former Clinton chief of staff John Podesta, who works closely with Hillary Clinton, and employs numerous former Clinton administration staffers. It is committed to "developing a long-term vision of a progressive America" and "providing a forum to generate new progressive ideas and policy proposals."
• Center for Community Change: This group recruits and trains activists to spearhead leftist "political issue campaigns." Promoting increased funding for social welfare programs by bringing "attention to major national issues related to poverty," the Center bases its training programs on the techniques taught by the famed radical organizer Saul Alinsky.
• Center for Constitutional Rights: This pro-Castro organization is a core member of the open borders lobby, has opposed virtually all post-9/11 anti-terrorism measures by the U.S. government, and alleges that American injustice provokes acts of international terrorism.
• Center for Economic and Policy Research: This group opposed welfare reform, supports "living wage" laws, rejects tax cuts, and consistently lauds the professed achievements of socialist regimes, most notably Venezuela.
• Center for Reproductive Rights: CRR's mission is to guarantee safe, affordable contraception and abortion-on-demand for all women, including adolescents. The organization has filed state and federal lawsuits demanding access to taxpayer-funded abortions (through Medicaid) for low-income women.
• Center for Responsible Lending: This organization was a major player in the subprime mortgage crisis. According to Phil Kerpen (vice president for policy at Americans for Prosperity), CRL “sh[ook] down and harass[ed] banks into making bad loans to unqualified borrowers.” Moreover, CRL negotiated a contract enabling it to operate as a conduit of high-risk loans to Fannie Mae.
• Center on Budget and Policy Priorities: Reasoning from the premise that tax cuts generally help only the wealthy, this organization advocates greater tax expenditures on social welfare programs for low earners.
• Center on Wisconsin Strategy (COWS): Aiming to redistribute wealth by way of higher taxes imposed on those whose incomes are above average, COWS contends that "it is important that state government be able to harness fair contribution from all parts of society – including corporations and the wealthy."
• Change America Now: Formed in December 2006, Change America Now describes itself as "an independent political organization created to educate citizens on the failed policies of the Republican Congress and to contrast that record of failure with the promise offered by a Democratic agenda."
• Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington: This group litigates and brings ethics charges against "government officials who sacrifice the common good to special interests" and "betray the public trust." Almost all of its targets are Republicans.
• Coalition for an International Criminal Court: This group seeks to subordinate American criminal-justice procedures to those of an international court.
• Common Cause: This organization aims to bring about campaign-finance reform, pursue media reform resembling the Fairness Doctrine, and cut military budgets in favor of increased social-welfare and environmental spending.
• Constitution Project: This organization seeks to challenge the legality of military commissions; end the detainment of "enemy combatants”; condemn government surveillance of terrorists; and limit the President's executive privileges.
• Defenders of Wildlife Action Fund: Defenders of Wildlife opposes oil exploration in Alaska's Arctic National Wildlife Refuge. It condemns logging, ranching, mining, and even the use of recreational motorized vehicles as activities that are destructive to the environment.
• Democracy Alliance: This self-described "liberal organization" aims to raise $200 million to develop a funding clearinghouse for leftist groups. Soros is a major donor to this group.
• Democracy 21: This group is a staunch supporter of the Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act of 2002, also known as the McCain-Feingold Act.
• Democracy Now!: Democracy Now! was created in 1996 by WBAI radio news director Amy Goodman and four partners to provide "perspectives rarely heard in the U.S. corporate-sponsored media," i.e., the views of radical and foreign journalists, left and labor activists, and ideological foes of capitalism.
• Democratic Justice Fund: DJF opposes the Patriot Act and most efforts to restrict or regulate immigration into the United States -- particularly from countries designated by the State Department as "terrorist nations."
• Democratic Party: Soros' funding activities are devoted largely to helping the Democratic Party solidify its power base. In a November 2003 interview, Soros stated that defeating President Bush in 2004 "is the central focus of my life" ... "a matter of life and death." He pledged to raise $75 million to defeat Bush, and personally donated nearly a third of that amount to anti-Bush organizations. "America under Bush," he said, "is a danger to the world, and I'm willing to put my money where my mouth is."
• Demos: This organization lobbies federal and state policymakers to “addres[s] the economic insecurity and inequality that characterize American society today”; promotes “ideas for reducing gaps in wealth, income and political influence”; and favors tax hikes for the wealthy.
• Drum Major Institute: This group describes itself as “a non-partisan, non-profit think tank generating the ideas that fuel the progressive movement,” with the ultimate aim of persuading “policymakers and opinion-leaders” to take steps that advance its vision of “social and economic justice.”
• Earthjustice: This group seeks to place severe restrictions on how U.S. land and waterways may be used. It opposes most mining and logging initiatives, commercial fishing businesses, and the use of motorized vehicles in undeveloped areas.
• Economic Policy Institute: This organization believes that “government must play an active role in protecting the economically vulnerable, ensuring equal opportunity, and improving the well-being of all Americans.”
• Electronic Privacy Information Center: This organization has been a harsh critic of the USA PATRIOT Act and has joined the American Civil Liberties Union in litigating two cases calling for the FBI "to publicly release or account for thousands of pages of information about the government's use of PATRIOT Act powers."
• Ella Baker Center for Human Rights: Co-founded by the revolutionary communist Van Jones, this anti-poverty organization claims that “decades of disinvestment in our cities” -- compounded by “excessive, racist policing and over-incarceration” -- have “led to despair and homelessness.”
• EMILY's List: This political network raises money for Democratic female political candidates who support unrestricted access to taxpayer-funded abortion-on-demand.
• Energy Action Coalition: Founded in 2004, this group describes itself as “a coalition of 50 youth-led environmental and social justice groups working together to build the youth clean energy and climate movement.” For EAC, this means “dismantling oppression” according to its principles of environmental justice.
• Equal Justice USA: This group claims that America's criminal-justice system is plagued by “significant race and class biases,” and thus seeks to promote major reforms.
• Fair Immigration Reform Movement: This is the open-borders arm of the Center for Community Change.
• Faithful America: This organization promotes the redistribution of wealth, an end to enhanced interrogation procedures vis a vis prisoners-of-war, the enactment of policies to combat global warming, and the creation of a government-run heath care system.
• Feminist Majority: Characterizing the United States as an inherently sexist nation, this group focuses on "advancing the legal, social and political equality of women with men, countering the backlash to women's advancement, and recruiting and training young feminists to encourage future leadership for the feminist movement in the United States."
• Four Freedoms Fund: This organization was designed to serve as a conduit through which large foundations could fund state-based open-borders organizations more flexibly and quickly.
• Free Exchange on Campus: This organization was created solely to oppose the efforts of one individual, David Horowitz, and his campaign to have universities adopt an "Academic Bill of Rights," as well as todenounce Horowitz's 2006 book The Professors. Member organizations of FEC include Campus Progress (a project of the Center for American Progress); the American Association of University Professors; theAmerican Civil Liberties Union; People For the American Way; the United States Student Association; theCenter for Campus Free Speech; the American Library Association; Free Press; and the National Association of State Public Interest Research Groups.
• Free Press: This "media reform" organization has worked closely with many notable leftists and such organizations as Media Matters for America, Air America Radio, Global Exchange, Code Pink, Fairness and Accuracy in Reporting, the Revolutionary Communist Party, Mother Jones magazine, and Pacifica Radio.
• Funding Exchange: Dedicated to the concept of philanthropy as a vehicle for social change, this organization pairs leftist donors and foundations with likeminded groups and activists who are dedicated to bringing about their own version of "progressive" change and social justice. Many of these grantees assume that American society is rife with racism, discrimination, exploitation, and inequity and needs to be overhauled via sustained education, activism, and social agitation.
• Gamaliel Foundation: Modeling its tactics on those of the radical Sixties activist Saul Alinsky, this group takes a strong stand against current homeland security measures and immigration restrictions.
• Gisha: Center for the Legal Protection of Freedom of Movement: This anti-Israel organization seeks to help Palestinians "exercise their right to freedom of movement."
• Global Centre for the Responsibility to Protect: This group contends that when a state proves either unable or unwilling to protect civilians from mass atrocities occurring within its borders, it is the responsibility of the international community to intervene -- peacefully if possible, but with military force if necessary.
• Global Exchange: Established in 1988 by pro-Castro radical Medea Benjamin, this group consistently condemns America's foreign policy, business practices, and domestic life. Following the 9/11 terrorist attacks, Global Exchange advised Americans to examine "the root causes of resentment against the United States in the Arab world -- from our dependence on Middle Eastern oil to our biased policy towards Israel."
• Grantmakers Without Borders: GWB tends to be very supportive of leftist environmental, anti-war, and civil rights groups. It is also generally hostile to capitalism, which it deems one of the chief "political, economic, and social systems" that give rise to a host of "social ills."
• Green For All: This group was created by Van Jones to lobby for federal climate, energy, and economic policy initiatives.
• Health Care for America Now: This group supports a “single payer” model where the federal government would be in charge of financing and administering the entire U.S. healthcare system.
• Human Rights Campaign: The largest "lesbian-gay-bisexual-transgender" lobbying group in the United States, HRC supports political candidates and legislation that will advance the LGBT agenda. Historically, HRC has most vigorously championed HIV/AIDS-related legislation, “hate crime” laws, the abrogation of the military’s “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” policy, and the legalization of gay marriage.
• Human Rights First: This group supports open borders and the rights of illegal aliens; charges that the Patriot Act severely erodes Americans' civil liberties; has filed amicus curiae briefs on behalf of terror suspect Jose Padilla; and deplores the Guantanamo Bay detention facilities.
• Human Rights Watch: This group directs a disproportionate share of its criticism at the United States and Israel. It opposes the death penalty in all cases, and supports open borders and amnesty for illegal aliens.
• I'lam: This anti-Israel NGO seeks "to develop and empower the Arab media and to give voice to Palestinian issues."
• Immigrant Defense Project: To advance the cause of illegal immigrants, the IDP provides immigration law backup support and counseling to New York defense attorneys and others who represent or assist immigrants in criminal justice and immigration systems, as well as to immigrants themselves.
• Immigrant Legal Resource Center: This group claims to have helped gain amnesty for some three million illegal aliens in the U.S., and in the 1980s was part of the sanctuary movement which sought to grant asylum to refugees from the failed Communist states of Central America.
• Immigrant Workers Citizenship Project: This open-borders organization advocates mass immigration to the U.S.
• Immigration Advocates Network: This alliance of immigrant-rights groups seeks  to “increase access to justice for low-income immigrants and strengthen the capacity of organizations serving them.”
• Immigration Policy Center: IPC is an advocate of open borders and contends that the massive influx of illegal immigrants into America is due to U.S. government policy, since “the broken immigration system […] spurs unauthorized immigration in the first place.”
• Independent Media Center: This Internet-based, news and events bulletin board represents an invariably leftist, anti-capitalist perspective and serves as a mouthpiece for anti-globalization/anti-America themes.
• Independent Media Institute: IMI administers the SPIN Project (Strategic Press Information Network), which provides leftist organizations with "accessible and affordable strategic communications consulting, training, coaching, networking opportunities and concrete tools" to help them "achieve their social justice goals."
• Institute for America's Future: IAF supports socialized medicine, increased government funding for education, and the creation of an infrastructure "to ensure that the voice of the progressive majority is heard."
• Institute for New Economic Thinking: Seeking to create a new worldwide "economic paradigm," this organization is staffed by numerous individuals who favor government intervention in national economies, and who view capitalism as a flawed system.
• Institute for Policy Studies: This think tank has long supported Communist and anti-American causes around the world. Viewing capitalism as a breeding ground for "unrestrained greed," IPS seeks to provide a corrective to "unrestrained markets and individualism." Professing an unquestioning faith in the righteousness of the United Nations, it aims to bring American foreign policy under UN control.
• Institute for Public Accuracy: This anti-American, anti-capitalist, anti-Israel organization sponsored actor Sean Penn’s celebrated visit to Baghdad in 2002. It also sponsored visits to Iraq by Democratic Congressmen Nick Rahall and former Democrat Senator James Abourezk
• Institute for Women's Policy Research: This group views the U.S. as a nation rife with discrimination against women, and publishes research to draw attention to this alleged state of affairs. It also advocates unrestricted access to taxpayer-funded abortion-on-demand, stating that "access to abortion is essential to the economic well-being of women and girls."
• International Crisis Group: One of this organization's leading figures is its Mideast Director, Robert Malley, who was President Bill Clinton's Special Assistant for Arab-Israeli Affairs. His analysis of the Mideast conflict is markedly pro-Palestinian.
• J Street: This anti-Israel group warns that Israel’s choice to take military action to stop Hamas' terrorist attacks “will prove counter-productive and only deepen the cycle of violence in the region”
• Jewish Funds for Justice: This organization views government intervention and taxpayer funding as crucial components of enlightened social policy. It seeks to redistribute wealth from Jewish donors to low-income communities “to combat the root causes of domestic economic and social injustice.” By JFJ's reckoning, chief among those root causes are the inherently negative by-products of capitalism – most notably racism and “gross economic inequality.”
• Joint Victory Campaign 2004: Founded by George Soros and Harold Ickes, this group was a major fundraising entity for Democrats during the 2004 election cycle. It collected contributions (including large amounts from Soros personally) and disbursed them to two other groups, America Coming Together and the Media Fund, which also worked on behalf of Democrats.
• Justice at Stake: This coalition calls for judges to be appointed by nonpartisan, independent commissions in a process known as “merit selection,” rather than elected by the voting public.
• LatinoJustice PRLDF: This organization supports bilingual education, the racial gerrymandering of voting districts, and expanded rights for illegal aliens. 
• Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights Under Law: This group views America as an unremittingly racist nation; uses the courts to mandate race-based affirmative action preferences in business and academia; has filed briefs against the Department of Homeland Security's efforts to limit the wholesale granting of green cards and to identify potential terrorists; condemns the Patriot Act; and calls on Americans to "recognize the contribution" of illegal aliens.
• League of United Latin American Citizens: This group views America as a nation plagued by "an alarming increase in xenophobia and anti-Hispanic sentiment"; favors racial preferences; supports the legalization of illegal Hispanic aliens; opposes military surveillance of U.S. borders; opposes making English America's official language; favors open borders; and rejects anti-terrorism legislation like the Patriot Act.
• League of Women Voters Education Fund: The League supports taxpayer-funded abortion-on-demand; supports "motor-voter" registration, which allows anyone with a driver's license to become a voter, regardless of citizenship status; and supports tax hikes and socialized medicine.
• League of Young Voters: This organization seeks to “empowe[r] young people nationwide” to “participate in the democratic process and create progressive political change on the local, state and national level[s].”
• Lynne Stewart Defense Committee: IRS records indicate that Soros's Open Society Institute made a September 2002 grant of $20,000 to this organization. Stewart was the criminal-defense attorney who was later convicted for abetting her client, the "blind sheik" Omar Abdel Rahman, in terrorist activities connected with his Islamic Group.
• Machsom Watch: This organization describes itself as "a movement of Israeli women, peace activists from all sectors of Israeli society, who oppose the Israeli occupation and the denial of Palestinians' rights to move freely in their land."
• MADRE: This international women's organization deems America the world's foremost violator of human rights. As such, it seeks to "communicat[e] the real-life impact of U.S. policies on women and families confronting violence, poverty and repression around the world," and to "demand alternatives to destructive U.S. policies." It also advocates unrestricted access to taxpayer-funded abortion-on-demand.
• Malcolm X Grassroots Movement: This group views the U.S. as a nation replete with racism and discrimination against blacks; seeks to establish an independent black nation in the southeastern United States; and demands reparations for slavery.
• Massachusetts Immigrant and Refugee Advocacy Coalition: This group calls for the expansion of civil rights and liberties for illegal aliens; laments that illegal aliens in America are commonly subjected to "worker exploitation"; supports tuition-assistance programs for illegal aliens attending college; and characterizes the Patriot Act as a "very troubling" assault on civil liberties.
• Media Fund: Soros played a major role in creating this group, whose purpose was to conceptualize, produce, and place political ads on television, radio, print, and the Internet.
• Media Matters for America: This organization is a "web-based, not-for-profit … progressive research and information center" seeking to "systematically monitor a cross-section of print, broadcast, cable, radio, and Internet media outlets for conservative misinformation." The group works closely with the Soros-backed Center for American Progress, and is heavily funded by Democracy Alliance, of which Soros is a major financier.
• Mercy Corps: Vis a vis the Arab-Israeli conflict, Mercy Corps places all blame for Palestinian poverty and suffering directly on Israel.
• Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund: This group advocates open borders, free college tuition for illegal aliens, lowered educational standards to accommodate Hispanics, and voting rights for criminals. In MALDEF's view, supporters of making English the official language of the United States are "motivated by racism and anti-immigrant sentiments," while advocates of sanctions against employers reliant on illegal labor seek to discriminate against "brown-skinned people."
• Meyer, Suozzi, English and Klein, PC: This influential defender of Big Labor is headed by Democrat operative Harold Ickes.
• Midwest Academy: This entity trains radical activists in the tactics of direct action, targeting, confrontation, and intimidation.
• Migration Policy Institute: This group seeks to create "a North America with gradually disappearing border controls ... with permanent migration remaining at moderate levels."
• Military Families Speak Out: This group ascribes the U.S. invasion of Iraq to American imperialism and lust for oil.
• Missourians Organizing for Reform and Empowerment: This group is the rebranded Missouri branch of the now-defunct, pro-socialist, community organization ACORN.
• MoveOn.org: This Web-based organization supports Democratic political candidates through fundraising, advertising, and get-out-the-vote drives.
• Ms. Foundation for Women: This group laments what it views as the widespread and enduring flaws of American society: racism, sexism, homophobia, and the violation of civil rights and liberties. It focuses its philanthropy on groups that promote affirmative action for women, unfettered access to taxpayer-funded abortion-on-demand, amnesty for illegal aliens, and big government generally.
• NARAL Pro-Choice America: This group supports taxpayer-funded abortion-on-demand, and works to elect pro-abortion Democrats.
• NAACP Legal Defense and Education Fund: The NAACP supports racial preferences in employment and education, as well as the racial gerrymandering of voting districts. Underpinning its support for race preferences is the fervent belief that white racism in the United States remains an intractable, largely undiminished, phenomenon.
• The Nation Institute: This nonprofit entity sponsors leftist conferences, fellowships, awards for radical activists, and journalism internships.
• National Abortion Federation: This group opposes any restrictions on abortion at either the state or federal levels, and champions the introduction of unrestricted abortion into developing regions of the world.
• National Coalition to Abolish the Death Penalty: This group was established in 1976 as the first "fully staffed national organization exclusively devoted to abolishing capital punishment."
• National Committee for Responsive Philanthropy: This group depicts the United States as a nation in need of dramatic structural change financed by philanthropic organizations. It overwhelmingly promotes grant-makers and grantees with leftist agendas, while criticizing their conservative counterparts.
• National Committee for Voting Integrity: This group opposes "the implementation of proof of citizenship and photo identification requirements for eligible electors in American elections as the means of assuring election integrity."
• National Council for Research on Women: This group supports big government, high taxes, military spending cuts, increased social welfare spending, and the unrestricted right to taxpayer-funded abortion-on-demand.
• National Council of La Raza: This group lobbies for racial preferences, bilingual education, stricter hate-crime laws, mass immigration, and amnesty for illegal aliens.
• National Council of Women's Organizations: This group views the United States as a nation rife with injustice against girls and women. It advocates high levels of spending for social welfare programs, and supports race and gender preferences for minorities and women in business and academia.
• National Immigration Forum: Opposing the enforcement of present immigration laws, this organization urges the American government to "legalize" en masse all illegal aliens currently in the United States who have no criminal records, and to dramatically increase the number of visas available for those wishing to migrate to the U.S. The Forum is particularly committed to opening the borders to unskilled, low-income workers, and immediately making them eligible for welfare and social service programs.
• National Immigration Law Center: This group seeks to win unrestricted access to government-funded social welfare programs for illegal aliens.
• National Lawyers Guild: This group promotes open borders; seeks to weaken America's intelligence-gathering agencies; condemns the Patriot Act as an assault on civil liberties; rejects capitalism as an unviable economic system; has rushed to the defense of convicted terrorists and their abettors; and generally opposes all U.S. foreign policy positions, just as it did during the Cold War when it sided with the Soviets.
• National Organization for Women: This group advocates the unfettered right to taxpayer-funded abortion-on-demand; seeks to "eradicate racism, sexism and homophobia" from American society; attacks Christianity and traditional religious values; and supports gender-based preferences for women.
• National Partnership for Women and Families: This organization supports race- and sex-based preferences in employment and education. It also advocates for the universal "right" of women to undergo taxpayer-funded abortion-on-demand at any stage of pregnancy and for any reason.
• National Priorities Project: This group supports government-mandated redistribution of wealth -- through higher taxes and greater expenditures on social welfare programs. NPP exhorts the government to redirect a significant portion of its military funding toward public education, universal health insurance, environmentalist projects, and welfare programs.
• National Public Radio: Founded in 1970 with 90 public radio stations as charter members, NPR is today a loose network of more than 750 U.S. radio stations across the country, many of which are based on college and university campuses. (source)
• National Security Archive Fund: This group collects and publishes declassified documents obtained through the Freedom of Information Act to a degree that compromises American national security and the safety of intelligence agents.
• National Women's Law Center: This group supports taxpayer-funded abortion-on-demand; lobbies against conservative judicial appointees; advocates increased welfare spending to help low-income mothers; and favors higher taxes for the purpose of generating more funds for such government programs as Medicaid, food stamps, welfare, foster care, health care, child-support enforcement, and student loans.
• Natural Resources Defense Council: One of the most influential environmentalist lobbying groups in the United States, the Council claims a membership of one million people.
• New America Foundation: This organization uses policy papers, media articles, books, and educational events to influence public opinion on such topics as healthcare, environmentalism, energy policy, the Mideast conflict, global governance, and much more.
• New Israel Fund: This organization gives support to NGOs that regularly produce reports accusing Israel of human-rights violations and religious persecution.
• NewsCorpWatch: A project of Media Matters For America, NewsCorpWatch was established with the help of a $1 million George Soros grant to Media Matters.
• Pacifica Foundation: This entity owns and operates Pacifica Radio, awash from its birth with the socialist-Marxist rhetoric of class warfare and hatred for capitalism.
• Peace and Security Funders Group: This is an association of more than 60 foundations that give money to leftist anti-war and environmentalist causes. Its members tend to depict America as the world's chief source of international conflict, environmental destruction, and economic inequalities.
• Peace Development Fund: In PDF's calculus, the United States needs a massive overhaul of its social and economic institutions. "Recently," explains PDF, "we have witnessed the negative effects of neo-liberalism and the globalization of capitalism, the de-industrialization of the U.S. and the growing gap between the rich and poor ..."
• People for the American Way: This group opposes the Patriot Act, anti-terrorism measures generally, and the allegedly growing influence of the "religious right."
• People Improving Communities Through Organizing: This group uses Alinsky-style organizing tactics to advance the doctrines of the religious left.
• Physicians for Human Rights: This group is selectively and disproportionately critical of the United States and Israel in its condemnations of human rights violations.
• Physicians for Social Responsibility: This is an anti-U.S.-military organization that also embraces the tenets of radical environmentalism.
• Planned Parenthood: This group is the largest abortion provider in the United States and advocates taxpayer-funded abortion-on-demand.
• Ploughshares Fund: This public grantmaking foundation opposes America's development of a missile defense system, and contributes to many organizations that are highly critical of U.S. foreign policies and military ventures.
• Prepare New York: This group supported the proposed construction of a Muslim Community Center near Ground Zero in lower Manhattan – a project known as the Cordoba Initiative, headed by Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf.
• Presidential Climate Action Project: PCAP's mission is to create a new 21st-century economy, completely carbon-free and based largely on renewable energy. A key advisor to the organization is the revolutionary communist Van Jones.
• Prison Moratorium Project: This initiative was created in 1995 for the express purpose of working for the elimination of all prisons in the United States and the release of all inmates. Reasoning from the premise that incarceration is never an appropriate means of dealing with crime, it deems American society's inherent inequities the root of all criminal behavior.
• Progressive Change Campaign Committee: This organization works “to elect bold progressive candidates to federal office and to help [them] and their campaigns save money, work smarter, and win more often.”
• Progressive States Network: PSN's mission is to "pass progressive legislation in all fifty states by providing coordinated research and strategic advocacy tools to forward-thinking state legislators."
• Project Vote: This is the voter-mobilization arm of the Soros-funded ACORN. A persistent pattern of lawlessness and corruption has followed ACORN/Project Vote activities over the years.
• Pro Publica: Claiming that “investigative journalism is at risk,” this group aims to remedy this lacuna in news publishing by “expos[ing] abuses of power and betrayals of the public trust by government, business, and other institutions, using the moral force of investigative journalism to spur reform through the sustained spotlighting of wrongdoing.”
• Proteus Fund: This foundation directs its philanthropy toward a number of radical leftwing organizations.
• Public Citizen Foundation: Public Citizen seeks increased government intervention and litigation against corporations -- a practice founded on the notion that American corporations, like the capitalist system of which they are a part, are inherently inclined toward corruption.
• Public Justice Center: Viewing America as a nation rife with injustice and discrimination, this organization engages in legislative and policy advocacy to promote "systemic change for the disenfranchised."
• Rebuild and Renew America Now (a.k.a. Unity '09): Spearheaded by MoveOn.org and overseen by longtime activist Heather Booth, this coalition was formed to facilitate the passage of President Obama’s "historic" $3.5 trillion budget for fiscal year 2010.
• Res Publica: Seeking to advance far-left agendas in places all around the world, RP specializes in “E-advocacy,” or web-based movement-building.
• Secretary of State Project: This project was launched in July 2006 as an independent "527" organization devoted to helping Democrats get elected to the office of Secretary of State in selected swing, or battleground, states.
• Sentencing Project: Asserting that prison-sentencing patterns are racially discriminatory, this initiative advocates voting rights for felons.
• Social Justice Leadership: This organization seeks to transform an allegedly inequitable America into a "just society" by means of "a renewed social-justice movement."
• Shadow Democratic Party: This is an elaborate network of non-profit activist groups organized by George Soros and others to mobilize resources -- money, get-out-the-vote drives, campaign advertising, and policy iniatives -- to elect Democratic candidates and guide the Democratic Party towards the left.
• Sojourners: This evangelical Christian ministry preaches radical leftwing politics. During the 1980s it championed Communist revolution in Central America and chastised U.S. policy-makers for their tendency "to assume the very worst about their Soviet counterparts." More recently, Sojourners has taken up the cause of environmental activism, opposed welfare reform as a "mean-spirited Republican agenda," and mounted a defense of affirmative action.
• Southern Poverty Law Center: This organization monitors the activities of what it calls “hate groups” in the United States. It exaggerates the prevalence of white racism directed against American minorities.
• State Voices: This coalition helps independent local activist groups in 22 states work collaboratively on a year-round basis, so as to maximize the impact of their efforts.
• Talking Transition: This was a two-week project launched in early November 2013 to “help shape the transition” to City Hall for the newly elected Democratic mayor of New York, Bill de Blasio.
• Think Progress: This Internet blog "pushes back, daily," by its own account, against its conservative targets, and seeks to transform "progressive ideas into policy through rapid response communications, legislative action, grassroots organizing and advocacy, and partnerships with other progressive leaders throughout the country and the world."
• Thunder Road Group: This political consultancy, in whose creation Soros had a hand, coordinates strategy for the Media Fund, America Coming Together, and America Votes.
• Tides Foundation and Tides Center: Tides is a major funder of the radical Left.
• U.S. Public Interest Research Group: This is an umbrella organization of student groups that support leftist agendas.
• Universal Healthcare Action Network: This organization supports a single-payer health care system controlled by the federal government.
• Urban Institute: This research organization favors socialized medicine, expansion of the federal welfare bureaucracy, and tax hikes for higher income-earners.
• USAction Education Fund: USAction lists its priorities as: "fighting the right wing agenda"; "building grassroots political power"; winning "social, racial and economic justice for all"; supporting a system of taxpayer-funded socialized medicine; reversing "reckless tax cuts for millionaires and corporations" which shield the "wealthy" from paying their "fair share"; advocating for "pro-consumer and environmental regulation of corporate abuse"; "strengthening progressive voices on local, state and national issues"; and working to "register, educate and get out the vote ... [to] help progressives get elected at all levels of government."
• Voto Latino: This group seeks to mobilize Latin-Americans to become registered voters and political activists.
• We Are America Alliance: This coalition promotes “increased civic participation by immigrants” in the American political process.
• Working Families Party: An outgrowth of the socialist New Party, WFP seeks to help push the Democratic Party toward the left.
• World Organization Against Torture: This coalition works closely with groups that condemn Israeli security measures against Palestinian terrorism.
• YWCA World Office, Switzerland: The YWCA opposes abstinence education; supports universal access to taxpayer-funded abortion-on-demand; and opposes school vouchers.

"Secondary" or "Indirect" Affiliates of the George Soros Network


In addition to those organizations that are funded directly by George Soros and his Open Society Institute (OSI), there are also numerous "secondary" or "indirect" affiliates of the Soros network. These include organizations which do not receive direct funding from Soros and OSI, but which are funded by one or more organizations that do.

• Center for Progressive Leadership: Funded by the Soros-bankrolled Democracy Alliance, this anti-capitalist organization is dedicated to training future leftist political leaders.
• John Adams Project:This project of the American Civil Liberties Union was accused of: (a) having hired investigators to photograph CIA officers thought to have been involved in enhanced interrogations of terror suspects detained in Guantanamo, and then (b) showing the photos to the attorneys of those suspects, some of whom were senior al-Qaeda operatives.
• Moving Ideas Network (MIN): This coalition of more than 250 leftwing activist groups is a partner organization of the Soros-backed Center for American Progress. MIN was originally a project of the Soros-backed American Prospect and, as such, received indirect funding from the Open Society Institute. In early 2006, The American Prospect relinquished control of the Moving Ideas Network.
• New Organizing Institute: Created by the Soros-funded MoveOn.org, this group "trains young, technology-enabled political organizers to work for progressive campaigns and organizations."
• Think Progress: This "project" of the American Progress Action Fund, which is a "sister advocacy organization"of the Soros-funded Center for American Progress and Campus Progress, seeks to transform "progressive ideas into policy through rapid response communications, legislative action, grassroots organizing and advocacy, and partnerships with other progressive leaders throughout the country and the world."
• Vote for Change: Coordinated by the political action committee of the Soros-funded MoveOn.org, Vote for Change was a group of 41 musicians and bands that performed concerts in several key election "battleground"states during October 2004, to raise money in support of Democrat John Kerry's presidential bid.
• Working Families Party: Created in 1998 to help push the Democratic Party toward the left, this front group for the Soros-funded ACORN functions as a political party that promotes ACORN-friendly candidates.

1. Barack Obama (6 on the 2007 list)

President

The Harvard graduate who grew up in Hawaii and Indonesia the son of a black father who deserted the family and a white mother who moved to Indonesia and left him in the care of his grandparents ran a masterful and truly historic presidential campaign. Going from state senator to President in four years was a remarkable achievement. His magnificent speeches captured the imagination of his nation and – perhaps even more so – the world. Last January, the words ‘hope” and “change” were on everyone’s lips as he stood on the steps of the Capitol and was sworn in on a frigid morning when it seemed anything was possible.

In the past year, however, Obama’s brand has been tarnished, perhaps irrevocably. His promises of bipartisanship have come to naught as the Democrats rammed through a party-line vote on healthcare. Never has such fundamental legislation been passed on the say so of one party when the country so clearly opposes it. The strategy is a dangerous gamble and it remains to be seen whether Obama can pull it off. Having ridiculed Bush for pursuing the “politics of fear”, Obama has had a rude awakening as he has listened to the daily intelligence reports and – on Christmas Day – was at the top of a national security apparatus that left America open to an al-Qaeda attack. Obama’s poll ratings now hover around 50 per cent – a remarkable slump. Even his famous ability to craft memorable phrases and formulate almost lyrical rhetoric now seems to be deserting him as inspiration gives way to perspiration. Is it too early to write Obama off. He could yet prove all his detractors wrong but now his edict trying to force weirdo men into girl's bathrooms has justified the charges that this sicko president is far worse than any could possible imagine!

2. Hillary Clinton (4)

Secretary of State

The supposedly “inevitable” Democratic nominee in 2008, the former First Lady blew it spectacularly. Her chief strategist Mark Penn, so seemingly omniscient in 2007 that he made number two on our list also made the disastrous decision to advise her to run on her experience in what in hindsight was obviously going to be a “change” election race. If she had run at least partly on the notion of making history as the first woman president, she would have dampened down the sense of entitlement and riding on the coattails of her husband that eventually doomed her bid. This year, Penn does not even make our list – Clinton fired him and it emerged he was unfamiliar even with the basic arithmetic of how delegate counts worked.

By the time the Clinton campaign woke up, the nomination was already lost to Obama. But Clinton fought like a tigress and embarrassed Obama, who limped over the finishing line. And Clinton’s critique of Obama is increasingly resonant. In February 2008, she said: “Now, I could stand up here and say let’s just get everybody together, lets get unified...the sky will open, the light will come down celestial choirs will be singing, and everyone will know that we should do the right thing and the world will be perfect. Maybe I'm just lived a little long but I have no illusions about how hard this will be."

Clinton debated long and hard whether to leave the Senate to become Obama’s Secretary of State. Accepting was a masterstroke. She has removed herself from the contentious domestic arena and has bolstered her foreign policy credentials immeasurably. In loyally backing Obama, she has begun to outshine him and her popularity ratings have soared. She has said she will never run for the White House again but it is our judgment that she will be a powerful presidential candidate in 2012 – and could well become the first female president.

Hillary received memos which included a note on the sources of intelligence referred to as “Sources with access to the highest levels of the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt.” Both Hillary and Huma Abedin, her assistant had multiple emails, as it seems. Now we shall see what becomes of the lawsuit. Will it be discovered that Hillary and Huma were neck-deep involved with the Muslim Brotherhood? But is it only the emails that will reveal such connections? Shoebat.com has spent quite some time revealing the Muslim Brotherhood and the Wahhabist connections of the Abedin family and it is perhaps the right time for all this to resurface again.

We do not need just emails to prove it. And just to give a glimpse of what we researched, it was Huma’s mother, father and brother who were neck deep as well as Huma with activism for the Wahhabists and the Muslim Brotherhood. Her mother Saleha Abedin is Vice Dean at Dar El-Hekma College in Saudi Arabia, Saleha was also one of the institution’s founders, along with Yaseen Abdullah Kadi, a designated terrorist by the U.S. and members of the bin Laden family. In 2010, Huma arranged for the Secretary of State to visit Dar El-Hekma where Clinton spoke alongside both Saleha and another Sisterhood member named Suheir Qureshi, who like so many of her colleagues, holds a Ph.D.

Courtesy of Internet Archives, we were able to learn that Huma Abedin served as an Assistant Editor with IMMA (Institute For Muslim Minority Affairs) from at least December 2, 2002—September 24, 2008. Her name fails to appear on the IMMA website some time before February 14, 2009. Presumably, Abedin left IMMA to accept her current position as Deputy Chief of Staff to Hillary Clinton. Our detailed research shows the roots of IMMA which had its roots from the Wahhabists and an Al-Qaeda financier Abdullah Omar Naseef, in which the Abedins were neck deep in involvement on plans to use the Muslim Minority Affairs to bring forth a grand Muslim revolution. The IMMA Editorial Board currently lists both Huma’s brother and her mother as editors. A screenshot from the Anti-Mullah blog proves that Huma worked and partnered together with her family at IMMA:

3. Nancy Pelosi (5)  former Speaker of the House

The third most powerful politician in the United States – she would ascend to the presidency if Obama and Joe Biden died together in office - and the highest-ranking female politician in American history, Pelosi is the go-to Democrat in Congress. So far, Obama has had plenty to thank her for - getting healthcare through the House of Representatives with a “public option” of government insurance intact and passing the stimulus and cap-and-trade legislation, albeit by just five votes. It sometimes appears she views Obama as something of an ingénue.

Her “Hundred Days” initiative at the beginning of the current Congress saw Democrats use their large majority to approve a raise in minimum wage, the remaining 9/11 commission recommendations, public disclosure of representatives’ pet projects and major ethics legislation that outright banned gifts and meals from lobbyists and restricted travel from outside groups.

Often denigrated as a San Francisco liberal by the Right, she has shown she can put her convictions to one side as Speaker and followed a pragmatic course when necessary. Not afraid to bring the Left-wing to heel, she persuaded liberals to vote for the healthcare bill despite Bart Stupak’s amendment restricting access to abortions, arguing that an imperfect bill was better than none. A mother of five, she was raised in Baltimore’s Little Italy. Her family was steeped in local Democratic Party politics and it rubbed off. Pelosi is a tireless fundraiser and forceful campaigner. She forged a strong anti-Bush message in 2006 that contributed to the Democrats’ emphatic victory. Finding a message for the 2010 mid-terms will be more of challenge, but her many detractors underestimate her at their peril.

4. Bill Clinton (1)

Former President

He battled tirelessly for his wife, holding sometimes six or seven rallies a day in small towns across South Carolina and North Carolina. But Bill Clinton’s fabled political instincts deserted him at times as he allowed the Obama campaign to be able to seize on his language and suggest he was playing the “race card” – without ever getting the Obama campaign’s fingerprints on the accusation. The red-faced, angry Bill Clinton ultimately did not serve his wife’s campaign well. But when she was offered the Secretary of State’s job, he agreed to moderate his activities around the world and disclose the sources of his foundation’s funds and he has been true to his word. As Obama’s presidency has faltered, Democrats have begun to look back to the Clinton years with increasing fondness. Though Clinton has been uncharacteristically silent, one suspects that he is saying to himself: “I told you so.”

Allegations in a recent book last week that he had conducted a romantic affair during the 2008 campaign caused little stir – an indication that Americans have moved beyond obsessing over Bill Clinton’s private life. As a pragmatic, centrist Democrat who understood politics from his gut as well as his brain, Clinton could yet provide the template for the next generation of Democratic leaders in the post-Obama era. Alternatively, he could help elect his wife in 2012. In many respects, it is far too early to speculate about such things. One thing, however, is certain – Bill Clinton is not going away.

5. Rahm Emanuel (13)

Intense, obsessive, profane, mercurial and driven, Rahm Emanuel is the cauldron to Obama’s cool. The former Democratic operative, Clinton staffer, House leader and millionaire investment banker has brought executive experience and a brash Chicago toughness to the White House as Obama’s chief of staff. Stories about “Rahmbo” are everywhere, from the time he sent a dead fish to a pollster who had crossed him to his relentless pursuit of potential Democratic candidates on the way to the party re-taking the House under his direction in 2006. The son of an Irgun veteran who fought the British in Palestine, Emanuel volunteered on an Israeli army supply base during the Gulf War before joining the Clinton campaign in 1992.

A brilliant fundraiser who was destined to eventually become House Speaker before he joined the Obama administration, it is unclear what the future holds for Emanuel. The White House has been far from the smooth “no drama” Obama campaign with leaks abounding and Emanuel suspected as having originated many of them. True, governing is very different from campaigning and every White House eventually becomes fractured and factionalised but some question whether Emanuel is controlling things as he should. There have been rumours he wants to run for Mayor of Chicago in 2011, a job he has coveted since boyhood. Lower profile than he was six months ago, Emanuel has not been as effective in pushing Obama’s agenda on Capitol Hill as some expected he would be. Emanuel, however, will undoubtedly remain a power to be reckoned with.

6. Al Gore (2)

Former Vice President, environmental campaigner

Without doubt the most influential voice on climate policy, Gore has engineered an astonishing turnaround since the body blow of losing to George W Bush in the 2000 presidential election despite winning the popular vote. He has also become exceedingly rich, with his personal fortune rising from $2 million to an estimated $96 million since he quit mainstream politics.

Accused of a massive conflict of interest because of his investments in green technology, Gore has countered that the majority of his business activity is not environmental, while every cent of such profit has gone into his foundation, the Alliance for Climate Protection. A bogeyman for climate change sceptics, the amount of electricity used in his Nashville home has also come under the microscope and the former veep was embarrassed when Irish documentary maker Phelim McAleer recently confronted him.

The High Court in London, assessing whether or not his Oscar-winning film An Inconvenient Truth should be shown in schools, found nine examples of factual inaccuracy made in “the context of alarmism and exaggeration”. None of this has made much of a dent in the Nobel Prize winner’s global reputation, however. Once expected to take an official advisory role to the Obama administration, he has instead remained above the fray.

Obama’s climate change “czar” Carol Browner is an old Gore protégé who served as the head of Environmental Protection Agency when he was vice-president, so his input into policy remains. She has already moved to tighten the federal government’s ability to impose restrictions on emissions. Both face an uphill task, however, to persuade the Senate to pass a cap-and-trade bill in the middle of recession.

7. Oprah Winfrey (9)

Talk show host

Some believe that the Queen of Talk is already the most influential person in the world. But Oprah, 55, upped her political influence cred, when she announced her endorsement in 2006 for Barack Obama, caling him “the One” - the first time she has ever endorsed a political candidate. Oprah appeared for her candidate at a primary campaign in South Carolina but it remains unclear whether it was she or President Bill Clinton’s perceived racial slights that delivered the landslide in the Palmetto State. One analysis credits her with garnering at least one million votes for Obama in the general election.

In November, Oprah reminded viewers on a show with guest Sarah Palin that she publicly had supported Obama for President. But when she asked Palin if she planned to replace her as the world’s most watched chat show host, Palin demurred, shrieking “You’re the queen, Oprah!” The following week, Oprah announced the decision to end the Oprah Winfrey Show as she expands her kingdom from Harpo Productions to her very own cable network---the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN) - a move that will give the billionaire even more content control on the airwaves.

8. Tim Geithner (Did not appear on the 2007 list)

Treasury Secretary

Overcoming the predictions of some and the hopes of others, Geithner has survived his first year. Complaints have come from both Left and Right: that he was too cosy with Wall Street, shouldn’t have let Lehmann Brothers fail and gave away too much tax payer money to the banks. All this criticism has been tempered by the fact that he has been confronted by the gravest challenge anyone holding his job has faced for 70 years. The economy was – and is - in the doldrums and the financial system was close to calamity, if not outright collapse when he was promoted from the chairmanship of the New York federal reserve.

Geithner had already played a leading role in structuring the $700 billion bailout agreed late in George W Bush’s term before he took the lead in devising the record $787 billion stimulus bill in the first months of the new administration. Early on he attracted negative comments for his unsure performances and at times rabbit-in-the-headlights demeanour, not to mention messing up his tax returns when at the IMF.

With a little time and Obama’s faith, his confidence in public has grown, while the message that Main Street is furious about how quickly Wall Street has returned to profits and handsome bonuses is finally getting through. Regulatory reform is grinding through Congress and a bank tax to recover lost tax revenue is under consideration. Perhaps more than anyone in government bar the president, Geithner’s decision-making will affect not just the country’s well being, but his boss’s political health.

9. David Axelrod (68)

White House Senior Advisor

The affable and disheveled Axelrod has managed to come through Obama’s first year with his reputation as one of the political scene’s nice guys relatively intact. Nonetheless, his easy-going manner and willingness to talk to the media may not be able to suppress concerns that he is simply reprising the nefarious - if not Machiavellian - White House consigliere role that has become so tainted over the years.

Officially his mission is to offer advice and protect and transmit the Obama message. As problems have mounted he has been used more and more frequently, particularly to respond to critics of healthcare. Karl Rove comparisons are the last he would welcome, but Axelrod attends National Security Council meetings, convenes weekly policy sessions and is intimately involved in devising retaliations against Right-wing critics such as Rush Limbaugh and Dick Cheney. He also delivers polling news to the president and is outranked only by his friend Rahm Emanuel, the chief of staff.

Since the 2008 campaign started he has been a pillar of the Obama team. Axelrod once said, “If I could help to get Obama to Washington, then I would have accomplished something great in my life”. Whatever fire control he does between now and 2012, as things stand keeping Obama in the capital will be a substantial challenge too.

10. Harry Reid (33)

Senate Majority Leader

The son of an alcoholic miner from Searchlight, Nevada, Reid became the master of the Senate after Democrats won both houses of Congress in 2006. Two years later, he found himself sitting on a filibuster-proof 60 to 40 majority with a President determined to ram home the Democratic agenda.

He spearheaded an ambitious agenda, including the $787 billion economic stimulus package enacted in February 2009, healthcare reform and drawing down troops from an Iraq war that Reid declared “lost” in April 2007 even as President George W. Bush’s surge was succeeding and bringing relative peace to the country. Reid, a Mormon, is a relative moderate but has become a hate figure for conservatives for his withering attacks on Republicans – he compared those who opposed healthcare reform to those who had wanted to keep slavery.

Although he has brought back lots of “bacon” to Nevada and kept nuclear waste out of the state’s Yucca Mountain site, his poll ratings back home are terrible. Now fighting for his political life, he suffered a self-inflicted wound last week when it emerged that he had described Obama two years ago as politically viable because he was “light-skinned" and had “no Negro dialect, unless he wanted to have one." The real damage might not be not that many consider him racist but that he sounded anachronistic and out of touch. Get ready for the mother of all Senate races in Nevada – though the Republicans have yet to settle on an opponent – as liberals and conservatives pour cash into the state for what will become a grudge match.

11. Michelle Obama (48)

First Lady

Michelle Obama is the first black First Lady in American history but the Princeton and Harvard Law graduate has made it a point to publicly state her top White House priority as being a good mother to daughters Malia and Sasha. That announcement ruffled the liberal feathers of some who might have seen her taking on a more aggressive policy role as Hillary Clinton once did. And despite some early campaign mistakes - such as commenting that her husband’s election made her proud to be an American for the first time in her life - her focus on affordable fashion, healthy eating underscored by an organic garden on the White House lawn, and a more accessible personal style has endeared her to Americans and the world. She received rave reviews for her genuine, informal style on a UK trip – including a welcomed breach of Royal protocol by touching the Queen - where she visited a girls’ school in London’s East End.

Mrs Obama also has met American military families frequently and has worked hard to encourage the tradition of public service in the US. But it hasn’t all been First Lady Lite. Passionate on the issue of healthcare reform, last summer she addressed a meeting of health-care workers at a Washington, D.C. clinic stating, "The current system is economically unsustainable, and I don’t have to tell any of you that."

12. Arianna Huffington (16)

publisher of Huffington Post

Greek-born Arianna Huffington has been a California gubernatorial candidate, author, talk show host, actress, and political commentator. But it is as publisher of the Huffington Post, launched in 2005, that this political chameleon has been thrust into the most influential role of her life. Last year, Huffington was number 12 in Forbes magazine’s premiere list of the Most Influential Women In Media. A top destination for high-profile bloggers - many of them are Huffington’s friends - the Huff Post, as it is known, provides coverage of world news, politics, media, business, entertainment, and style from a progressive point of view. In the past few years, Huffington’s stances have been to the Left of the Democratic party and she was strongly pro-Obama in the 2008 campaign. Since he came to office, however, she has often criticised him for being too centrist.

13. Sonia Sotomayor (-)

Supreme Court Justice

The first Latino and the third woman to be nominated to the US Supreme Court, Sotomayor took her seat on the nation’s highest bench in August of last year after a far less contentious confirmation process than many had anticipated. A frequent speech giver and strong advocate of Hispanic and minority rights, her toughest questioning came over a remark in a speech about the superiority of the "wise Latina", which produced outrage among some Republicans over potential identity- based judicial decision-making. But Sotomayor backed off her statement, describing it as "a rhetorical flourish that fell flat" and rejecting the notion that any group “has an advantage in sound judgment" over another.

One of her main detractors on the Senate Judiciary Committee, Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, concluded that Sotomayor’s judicial decisions were not outside the mainstream and complimented her on her success in the legal profession suggesting that might she even be open-minded enough to support finding a fundamental right to possess firearms under the Constitution - a right she might not want for herself. Will be shaping the law long after Obama has retired from politics.

14. Denis McDonough (-)

Acting Chief of Staff, National Security Council

McDonough has emerged as a major voice within the White House and was a key player in the eventual decision to spend 30,000 more American troops to Afghanistan. A foreign policy adviser to former Senate majority leader Tom Daschle, and one of several ex-Daschle staffers to join Obama early on, he was a senior fellow at the liberal Centre for American Progress think tank, which has seen a major exodus to the administration.

He is trusted as a common sense voice but fellow traveler with the president on issues such as poverty and global warming. He also opposed the Iraq war from the start, and was among Obama’s foremost foreign policy advisers on the campaign. Starting life in the White House as NSC communications director, where he helped write major foreign policy speeches for the president, he was a natural choice to replace Mark Lippert who left the administration for US Naval Reserve duty. In on all the important decisions, expect McDonagh to rise and rise within the Obama administration.

15. Janet Napolitano (-)

Secretary of Homeland Security

Valued by Democrats for her management skills developed as a former Governor of Arizona, Arizona Attorney General and law firm partner, Napolitano was a popular party choice for Secretary of Homeland Security, made up of 22 separate agencies with the main mission of preventing terrorist attacks against the US – despite her lack of any national security credentials. But her comment the day after the Christmas Day terrorist attempt on a plane bound for Detroit that “the system worked” led to widespread ridicule – she will be saddled with it forever. Despite the call for heads to roll, Obama has stood by Napolitano and everyone else on his team. Nicknamed “Big Sis” by conservatives, she is a big Republican target.

16. Mark Warner (22)

Senator for Virginia

Fresh-faced, wealthy rich, personable and a moderate from a purple state with a successful spell as Governor under his belt, Mark Warner could well be the next Democratic president. In 2008 he took the Senate seat vacated by Republican John Warner (no relation), after flirting with a presidential run. He had left office as governor of Virginia with 70 per cent approval ratings, having put the state on course to fiscal stability with various indirect tax rises.

He was an early supporter of Barack Obama, sharing the president’s call for a new civility in politics. “The challenges we face are much more about the future versus the past and as long as we face that future and avoid the political divisions of the past, there is nothing we can't accomplish as Americans first and foremost," he said in his acceptance speech. More moderate than Obama, watch to see if Warner distances himself from the President. He would be a likely vice-presidential candidate should Biden’s services be dispensed with in 2012 (though Democrats would not want a special Senate election in Virginia). A lacklustre speech at the 2008 Democratic convention, however, showed he may need to work on his big stage skills.

17. Robert Gibbs (-)

White House Press Secretary

A journeyman Senate aide who became a trusted Obama campaign hand when he lucked out by landing on Barack Obama’s Senate race in 2004. Gibbs, just 38, is unusual as a press secretary because he is a bona fide member of the Obama inner circle of five or so confidants. He has been described by the Washington Post as “the Barack Whisperer”. The Alabaman is highly partisan and can be very aggressive when reporters get on the wrong side of him – some were banned from the campaign plane in 2008.

A sports nuts – one of the ways he bonded with Obama – he loves baseball and basketball metaphors. When Fox News’s Sean Hannity suggested “guilty by association” regarding Obama’s connection to Bill Ayers, the former Weather Underground co-founder, Gibbs asked Hannity whether having an anti-Semite on his show made him anti-Semitic. It was an impressive performance and briefly had the voluble Hannity stumped. Few effective press secretaries are especially liked by the press and Gibbs is no exception. Some, however, believe he takes defending his boss too far and warn that he could lose the trust of the media that played such a big part in getting Obama elected.

18. Barney Frank (31)

Massachusetts congressman

Regarded by Democrats as one of their biggest stars in the House and the only politician who truly understands what went wrong in the subprime mortgage debacle. Republicans grudgingly respect his intellect and combative spirit. Frank, Massachusetts’ 4th Congressional District representative since 1980, has been a consistently ultra-liberal voice in Washington. He came to real national prominence in 2008 after his leading role in getting Congress to pass the controversial $700 billion financial rescue package, which allowed the US Treasury to buy up bad mortgage securities in an effort to stimulate financial credit. Republicans noted that Frank’s boyfriend had been a Fannie Mae executive at the forefront of the agency’s push to relax lending restrictions. Heavy criticism was levied at Frank, Chairman of the House Financial Services Committee since 2007, for supporting the bailout package. Frank has suggested suing the insurance giant AIG to recoup millions of dollars in executive bonuses.

Frank was the first openly gay member of the House when he arrived in 1981 and has been an outspoken advocate of gay rights. In 1991, he received an official reprimand for reflecting "discredit upon the House" after paying a male prostitute for sex and later making him a personal aide and moving him into his house. Frank is regarded as one of the Congress’s sharpest wits and most eloquent speakers. When a constituent at a town hall meeting in Dartmouth, Massachusetts asked him why he was “supporting this Nazi policy” on healthcare he responded: “On what planet do you spend most of your time?" Before continuing that she was spewing "vile, contemptible nonsense", he concluded: “Trying to have a conversation with you would be like arguing with a dining room table."

19. John Kerry (37)

Senator for Massachusetts

Was angling to be Secretary of State but Obama turned to Hillary Clinton. Instead, he had to settle for Joe Biden’s old job of chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee – an ideal post for the verbose and self-regarding Kerry.

Apart from pushing the administration’s overseas agenda in Congress, Kerry was called in to broker a deal in Afghanistan between Hamid Karzai and his election rivals. The fact that Obama turned to him was a testament to his background, experience and contacts in the international sphere – and won him many brownie points in Obamaland. Democrats seldom treat losing presidential candidates well and Kerry has suffered for his 2004 loss. Despite endorsing Obama at a critical early stage just before the South Carolina primary, he got no big job in the administration but would be a natural pick to succeed Clinton in a second Obama term.

After five Senate terms, his self-declared great mission is reversing climate change. “There is no way possible for the US to be secure against terrorism unless we free ourselves from fossil fuel,” he said in 2008. But he has his work cut out in pushing energy reform through the Senate.

20. Eric Holder (-)

Attorney General

It has been a momentous first year for the nation’s top legal officer. In selecting to prosecute Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and other 9/11 suspects in New York he invited storms of protest from Republicans, though not, so far, from a majority of New Yorkers themselves.

His tenure has been marked by the tricky act of balancing Obama’s campaign commitments to openness with the hard realities of national security. In contrast to the terror trial decision, a stack of new photographs of prisoner abuse by US military personnel will not be shown to the public and Bush-era CIA interrogators will not be prosecuted – as many on the Left demand. Holder is no stranger to controversy, having faced fierce criticism for pardoning the fugitive Marc Rich in the final days of Bill Clinton’s presidency, when he was deputy attorney general. His experience then led him to state he was “done with public office”, but he always coveted the top Justice job and Obama plucked him from private practice to become America’s first black Attorney General.

His decision to put the 9/11 suspects through the criminal justice system had Obama’s full support but could be a public relations disaster waiting to happen. Anything short of the maximum sentences will play badly with the public, particularly in the wake of the underwear bomber’s botched attempt to blow up a flight to Detroit. If any of the defendants walk free then Obama could be rendered a one-term president virtually overnight.

Here’s a list of at least 75 times President Obama violated the Constitution and/or broke federal law during his presidency, which also doubles as a list of at least 75 reasons why Congress must impeach the president now:

1) Illegally armed Mexican drug cartels and ISIS militants

In Operation Fast and Furious, the Obama administration facilitated the sale of thousands of guns to Mexican drug cartels and stopped tracking those weapons once they crossed the border so the administration could later blame the Second Amendment. “The Department of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives apparently ordered one of its own agents to purchase firearms with taxpayer money, and sell them directly to a Mexican drug cartel,” the New York Post reported. “Let that sink in: After months of pretending that ‘Fast and Furious’ was a botched surveillance operation of illegal gun-running spearheaded by the ATF and the US attorney’s office in Phoenix, it turns out that the government itself was selling guns to the bad guys.” Even more shocking, President Obama authorized a shipment of guns to the Syrian opposition, a.k.a. ISIS-linked militants, on the exact same day he demanded more gun control in response to the Oregon shooting. The President also emphasized to his team that the U.S. would continue to support the Syrian opposition as Russia enters the war-torn country,” CNN reported in October. But virtually all of the rebels in Syria have pledged allegiance to the Islamic State since at least 2013. “The Free Syrian Army and the Syrian National Council, the vaunted bulwarks of the moderate opposition, only really exist in hotel lobbies and the minds of Western diplomats,” journalist Ben Reynolds wrote in November. “There is simply no real separation between ‘moderate’ rebel groups and hardline Salafists allied with al-Qaeda.”

2) Attempting to shut down gun stores outside of law

In a classic case of criminal racketeering, the U.S. Department of Justice was pressuring banks to refuse service to gun stores in a program entitled Operation Choke Point. Under the program started in 2014 if not before, the DOJ was attempting to shut down legal gun dealers by coercing financial institutions to close the bank and merchant accounts associated with their businesses. In 2012, Bank of America told a gun company, McMillan Group International, that because the company was expanding into firearms manufacturing, the bank no longer wanted McMillan’s business.“We have to assess the risk of doing business with a firearms-related industry,” the bank’s representative told operations director Kelly McMillan. And not long after, BitPay, a U.S.-based bitcoin processor, likewise refused to do business with gun dealer Michael Cargill of Central Texas Gunworks due to a similar policy.

3) Spent tax dollars to re-settle illegals inside U.S.

U.S. Customs and Border Patrol has been purchasing bus tickets and vouchers for illegal immigrants in order to ship them deeper into the country at taxpayers’ expense, according to a McAllen, Texas city official. “They’re not bringing them here, they’re bringing them to our bus terminals because that’s where the Border Patrol understands that they have transportation to go to the interior,” McAllen, Texas City Attorney Kevin Pagan said in an interview with Infowars. “So they’re dropping them off and it’s our understanding that they were dropped off with tickets or with vouchers for tickets, but it turns out that some of them tonight didn’t have their tickets or their vouchers for tickets, or like I said their buses are tomorrow, so they have no where to stay.” Several months earlier, Obama ordered the Border Patrol to stand down from protecting the border and enforcing immigration laws.

“We are simply being ordered to stand down and stop tracking and trying to apprehend the criminals,” Shawn Moran, Vice President of the National Border Patrol Council, told Breitbart.

4) Using executive action to restrict Second Amendment

Obama decided to use his “pen and his phone” to enact gun control without Congressional approval.

“Without a Democratic majority in Congress, and faced with a GOP that is firmly against any form of gun control measures, Obama has repeatedly warned that he would act on his own,” Zero Hedge reported. For one thing, Obama is attempting to require private sellers to conduct background checks. “The action, officials explained, would include guidance on how the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives will now determine who is “engaged in the business” of selling firearms under federal law and, therefore, who is required to obtain a license to sell firearms,” the Washington Free Beacon reported. Obama may also try and prevent people on the no-fly list from being able to purchase guns, which violates the Fifth Amendment’s guarantee of due process by allowing the government to deprive people of their rights based only on suspicion. Additionally, numerous law-abiding Americans have been wrongly placed on the No-Fly list due to false information, clerical errors or political persecution.

“The U.S. government maintains a massive watchlist system that risks stigmatizing hundreds of thousands of people – including U.S. citizens – as terrorism suspects based on vague, overbroad, and often secret standards and evidence,” the ACLU reported. “The consequences of being placed on a government watchlist can be far-reaching; they can include questioning, harassment, or detention by authorities, or even an indefinite ban on air travel.”

5) Illegally targeted conservative groups via IRS

Obama’s IRS had illegally targeted conservative groups for additional “reviews” of their tax status applications. Organizations with the phrases “tea party” or “patriot” in their names were singled out for harassment, such as requiring them to provide information about their family members, their social media posts and a list of donors. Obama had met with a key IRS official who was involved in the targeting just two days before the key official told his colleagues how to target conservative groups. The Daily Caller reported: The Obama appointee implicated in congressional testimony in the IRS targeting scandal met with President Obama in the White House two days before offering his colleagues a new set of advice on how to scrutinize tea party and conservative groups applying for tax-exempt status. IRS chief counsel William Wilkins, who was named in House Oversight testimony by retiring IRS agent Carter Hull as one of his supervisors in the improper targeting of conservative groups, met with Obama in the Roosevelt Room of the White House on April 23, 2012. Wilkins’ boss, then-IRS commissioner Douglas Shulman, visited the Eisenhower Executive Office Building on April 24, 2012, according to White House visitor logs. On April 25, 2012, Wilkins’ office sent the exempt organizations determinations unit “additional comments on the draft guidance” for approving or denying tea party tax-exempt applications, according to the IRS inspector general’s report. During Obama’s first four years as President, IRS commissioner Douglas Shulman made 157 visits to the White House. “This is more visits to the White House – by a very large margin – than any other cabinet member during Obama’s first term,” journalist Tim Brown revealed. “By comparison, during the four years that Mark Everson was IRS commissioner when Bush was president, Everson made only one visit to the White House.”

6) Secretly obtained phone records from Associated Press journalists

In May 2013, Associated Press reported: The Justice Department secretly obtained two months of telephone records of reporters and editors for The Associated Press in what the news cooperative’s top executive called a “massive and unprecedented intrusion” into how news organizations gather the news. The records obtained by the Justice Department listed outgoing calls for the work and personal phone numbers of individual reporters, general AP office numbers in New York, Washington and Hartford, Conn., and the main number for AP reporters in the House of Representatives press gallery, according to attorneys for the AP. It was not clear if the records also included incoming calls or the duration of calls. In all, the government seized the records for more than 20 separate telephone lines assigned to AP and its journalists in April and May of 2012. The exact number of journalists who used the phone lines during that period is unknown but more than 100 journalists work in the offices where phone records were targeted, on a wide array of stories about government and other matters.  Obtaining these phone records required approval from former Attorney General Eric Holder.

7) Carried out military interventionism in Libya without Congressional approval. Obama violated the Constitution when he launched military operations in Libya without Congressional approval.

8) Expanded Bush’s unconstitutional government faith-based programs; Obama actually expanded the federal government’s faith based programs which had been started by President George W. Bush.

9) Supported Bush’s unconstitutional Patriot Act; Obama renewed the Patriot Act in 2011.

10) Agrees with Bush’s support of unconstitutional, indefinite detention of U.S. citizens without filing any charges. Obama signed an unconstitutional bill that gave the U.S. government the power to indefinitely detain U.S. citizens without any charges being filed or any trial taking place.

11) Supports unconstitutional, warrantless wiretapping. President Obama is a huge supporter of warrantless wiretapping.

12) Had four U.S. citizens killed without judicial process. Obama had four U.S. citizens killed without judicial process, to which then-U.S. Congressman Ron Paul (R-TX) said was an impeachable offense.

13) Ordered private company to fire 1,000 employees

After Boeing hired 1,000 new employees to work at its new factory in South Carolina in 2011, the Obama administration ordered the company to close it down because the factory was non-union.

14) Stole money from retired teachers and police officers

During the Chrysler bankruptcy, Obama violated the Fifth Amendment and more than 150 years of bankruptcy law by illegally treating secured creditors worse than unsecured creditors. “Upsetting this fixed hierarchy among creditors is just an illegal taking of property from one group of creditors for the benefit of another, which should be struck down on both statutory and constitutional grounds,” according to Richard A. Epstein, a law professor at New York University School of Law.

15) Fired Inspector General for discovering that Obama’s friend had embezzled government funds

Obama fired Inspector General Gerald Walpin in 2009 after Walpin accused Sacramento mayor Kevin Johnson, an Obama supporter, of misusing AmeriCorps funding to pay for political activities.

Later on, a bipartisan group of 145 current and former public officials and legal scholars signed a letter stating Walpin’s firing was politically motivated.

16) Lied about letting people keep their health insurance

Before Obamacare was passed, Obama said: “No matter how we reform health care, we will keep this promise to the American people… If you like your health care plan, you’ll be able to keep your health care plan, period. No one will take it away, no matter what.” But once it was passed, the Congressional Budget Office said Obamacare would cause at least seven million people to lose their insurance.

17) Lied about the cost of Obamacare; Before Obamacare was passed, Obama promised:

“I will not sign a plan that adds one dime to our deficits – either now or in the future. I will not sign it if it adds one dime to the deficit, now or in the future, period. And to prove that I’m serious, there will be a provision in this plan that requires us to come forward with more spending cuts if the savings we promised don’t materialize.” However, not long after Obama signed it, the Washington Post reported it would add over $340 billion to the budget deficit over the next decade.

18) Gave tax dollars to campaign contributors and lobbyists, and falsely claimed the money was for “green energy” In 2009 the Obama administration gave $535 million to green-energy company Solyndra, claiming that it would create 4,000 new jobs, but the company soon went bankrupt.

It was later revealed the company’s executives had made substantial donations to Obama’s campaign and that Solyndra executives had had many meetings with White House officials.

19) Had “off the record” meetings with lobbyists

In June 2010, the New York Times said the Obama administration officials had held hundreds of meetings with lobbyists at coffee houses near the White House to avoid the disclosure requirements for White House visitors.

20) Had armed SWAT agents raid a law-abiding guitar factory because it was owned by a Republican. President Obama had an armed SWAT team raid the Gibson guitar factory and seized guitars and other property from the factory – without any charges being filed.

Obama’s so-called justification for the raid was that Gibson had broken environmental laws from India regarding the imported wood that Gibson had been using, but C.F. Martin & Company, Gibsons’s competitor, had used the exact same imported wood. The difference? Henry E. Juszkiewicz, the CEO of Gibson, was a Republican donor, whereas Chris Martin IV, the CEO of Martin, was a Democratic donor.

21) Ignored constitutional requirements for appointees

Late U.S. Senator Robert Byrd, a Democrat, expressed concerns that Obama’s dozens of czars appointed in 2009 might violate the U.S. Constitution because they were not approved by the U.S. Senate.

Another Democrat, U.S. Senator Russ Feingold, shared a similar sentiment.

22) Tried to outlaw family farms; The Obama administration wanted to eradicate family farms in 2012 by trying to prohibit farm children under 18 from working in various farm-related activities.

23) Auctioned off ambassadorship to the Netherlands; Obama nominated Timothy Broas to be U.S. ambassador to the Netherlands after Broas donated at least $500,000 to Obama’s 2012 campaign.

24) Made the TSA even more abusive and ridiculous than it had been under Bush. Under the Obama administration, the TSA has been giving very invasive pat-downs on young children which would otherwise constitute child molestation.

25) Illegally demanded monetary payment for Freedom of Information Act request. The Obama administration demanded the Goldwater Institute pay nearly $79,000 before it would share public records via the Freedom of Information Act.

26) Stole money from retired Delphi employees

Obama eliminated the pensions of 20,000 retired Delphi employees in 2009.

27) Used “off the books” funding for military interventionism. Anti-war activists who helped elect Obama accused him of using the same “off-the-books” funding as his predecessor George W. Bush when the president requested over $83 billion from Congress for the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq.

28) Tried to silence criticism of auto-bailouts. The Obama administration pressured the Ford Motor Company to stop criticizing Obama’s bailouts of General Motors and Chrysler in a TV ad.

29) Tried to silence video on YouTube. Obama actually asked a Jewish singing group to take down its video from the Internet in 2011.

30) Illegally gave Obamacare exemptions to unions that supported the passage of Obamacare

Obama gave some of his favorite organizations an exemption from some Obamacare requirements.

Many of these organizations were unions that had supported the passage of Obamacare, but then afterwards wanted exemptions from the very same law they forced on everyone else. The Constitution, however, requires the law to treat everyone as equals. The Washington Times said of this: “Selective enforcement of the law is the first sign of tyranny. A government empowered to determine arbitrarily who may operate outside the rule of law invariably embraces favoritism as friends, allies and those with the best-funded lobbyists are rewarded. Favoritism inevitably leads to corruption, and corruption invites extortion. Ultimately, the rule of law ceases to exist in any recognizable form, and what is left is tyranny.”

“The now-familiar monthly trickling down of new waivers is, at best, a tacit admission that Obamacare is a failure. So far, seven entire states and 1,372 businesses, unions and other institutions have received waivers from the law. The list includes the administration’s friends and allies and, of course, those who have the best lobbyists.”

“More than 50 percent of the Obamacare waiver beneficiaries are union members, which is striking because union members account for less than 12 percent of the American work force. The same unions that provided more than $120 million to Democrats in the last two elections and, in many cases, openly campaigned in favor of the government takeover of your health care, now celebrate that Obamacare is not their problem.”

31) Defended Bush administration’s unconstitutional, unwarranted use of GPS device. The Obama administration opposed the U.S. Supreme Court for ruling against the Bush administration over the installation of a GPS tracking device on someone’s car without a warrant.

32) Was cited by nine states for committing 21 illegal acts. Attorneys General from nine states listed 21 illegal acts which had been committed by the Obama administration.

33) Tried to seize hotel because some of its customers had used illegal drugs. The Obama administration tried to shut down a mom-and-pop bed-and-breakfast because some if its guests had used illegal drugs.

34) Made recess appointments when Congress was not in recess. Obama violated the Constitution by making four recess appointments when Congress was not in recess in Jan. 2012.

A federal appeals court later ruled that Obama’s appointments had violated the Constitution.

35) Supports guns for himself and his wife, but opposes them for everyone else. President Obama signed a 2013 bill providing armed guards for himself and his wife for the rest of the lives.

But when Obama was an Illinois state senator in 2004, he voted against citizens keeping guns in their own homes to protect themselves and their families.

36) Approved giving 20 F-16 fighter jets to a Sharia dictatorship. Obama once gave 20 F-16 fighter jets to Egypt while it was under a Sharia dictatorship.

37) Violated the very same campaign finance laws that he claims to support

Obama’s 2012 campaign was fined $375,000 by the Federal Election Commission for violating campaign finance laws.

38) Encouraged employers to switch their employees from full time to part time

The New York Times said Obamacare “sharply penalizes full-time employment in favor of part-time employment.”

In response to the employer mandate of Obamacare, many businesses and even colleges switched some of their employees from full time to part time.

Leaders of the Teamsters, UFCW, and UNITE-HERE penned a 2013 letter to Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi stating that Obamacare will “destroy the foundation of the 40 hour work week that is the backbone of the American middle class… the law creates an incentive for employers to keep employees’ work hours below 30 hours a week. Numerous employers have begun to cut workers’ hours to avoid this obligation.”

39) Had Freedom of Information Act record worse than Bush’s

when it came to honoring requests under the Freedom of Information Act, Obama’s record was far worse than that of George W. Bush.

Obama’s Justice Department once argued in favor of installing hidden cameras on private property without a search warrant.

41) Accepted illegal campaign contributions from foreign citizens

During an experiment, a non-U.S. citizen attempted to make two $5 donations to both Obama’s campaign and Mitt Romney’s campaign.

While the Romney campaign rejected both donations, the Obama website accepted them cheerfully.

42) Lied about the Benghazi attack

After four U.S. citizens were killed in a terrorist attack in Benghazi, Libya, in Sept. 2012, the Obama administration falsely claimed the attack was a spontaneous protest against an anti-Muslim video at YouTube.

Even more, the Obama administration took an entire week before it acknowledged the attacks as terrorism.

And although the Obama administration made a dozen revisions to its versions of the incident, then-White House Press Secretary Jay Carney falsely claimed that only a “single adjustment” had been made.

ABC News later published a complete list of all the changes to the White House talking points.

43) Complained to YouTube about an anti-Muslim video

The Obama administration actually phoned YouTube in 2012 to complain about an anti-Muslim video.

“It does make us nervous when the government throws its weight behind any requests for censorship,” Ben Wizner of the ACLU said.

44) Falsely said that Fast and Furious was started when Bush was President

Obama lied when he said Fast and Furious had “begun under the previous administration” in 2012.

Fast and Furious actually began around September 2009, months after Bush left office.

45) Illegally refused to fire Kathleen Sebelius after she violated campaign finance laws

Kathleen Sebelius, Obama’s Secretary of Health and Human Services, was caught violating campaign finance laws in 2012, but despite federal law requiring Obama to fire her over the illegal activity, he refused to do so.

46) Gave special access to people who raised or donated $500,000

People who raised or donated at least $500,000 to Organizing for Action, a pro-Obama political group, would be given “the privilege of attending quarterly meetings with the president, along with other meetings at the White House.”

47) Adopted harmful new restrictions on prescription painkillers – even though the House had already voted against them

The Obama administration ignored the House’s rejection of new restrictions on prescription painkillers by adopting them anyway.

48) Illegally refused to submit a budget on time during four of his first five years

Despite being legally required to submit a budget by the first Monday in February, Obama broke this law at least four times.

In contrast, since 1921, no President had missed this deadline more than once.

“Nakoula Basseley Nakoula deserves a place in American history. He is the first person in this country jailed for violating Islamic anti-blasphemy laws.”

“You won’t find that anywhere in the charges against him, of course. As a practical matter, though, everyone knows that Nakoula wouldn’t be in jail today if he hadn’t produced a video crudely lampooning the prophet Muhammad.”

“In the weeks after the attack on U.S. facilities in Benghazi that killed Ambassador Chris Stevens and three others, the Obama administration claimed the terrorist assault had been the outgrowth of a demonstration against the Nakoula video. The administration ran public service announcements in Pakistan featuring President Barack Obama saying the U.S. had nothing to do with it. In a speech at the United Nations around this time, the president declared – no doubt with Nakoula in mind – ‘The future must not belong to those who slander the prophet of Islam.'”

54) Rewarded one of his biggest campaign fundraisers by nominating him for the ambassadorship to Canada

Obama nominated Bruce Heyman to be the ambassador to Canada in 2013 after Heyman raised more than $1 million for Obama.

Obama asked contractors to disclose their political donations before bidding on federal contracts in 2011.

56) Falsely accused a law abiding news reporter of being “an aider and abettor and/or co-conspirator” in a criminal investigation

The Obama administration falsely labeled Fox contributor James Rosen as “an aider and abettor and/or co-conspirator” in a criminal investigation when it applied for a warrant to read his emails.

The New York Times reported:

With the decision to label a Fox News television reporter a possible “co-conspirator” in a criminal investigation of a news leak, the Obama administration has moved beyond protecting government secrets to threatening fundamental freedoms of the press to gather news.

Leak investigations usually focus on the source, not the reporter. But, in this case, federal prosecutors also asked a federal judge for permission to examine Mr. Rosen’s personal e-mails, arguing that “there is probable cause to believe” Mr. Rosen is “an aider and abettor and/or co-conspirator” in the leak.

Though Mr. Rosen was not charged, the F.B.I. request for his e-mail account was granted secretly in late May 2010. The government was allowed to rummage through Mr. Rosen’s e-mails for at least 30 days.

The Washington Post also said:

The Rosen affair is as flagrant an assault on civil liberties as anything done by George W. Bush’s administration, and it uses technology to silence critics in a way Richard Nixon could only have dreamed of.

To treat a reporter as a criminal for doing his job – seeking out information the government doesn’t want made public – deprives Americans of the First Amendment freedom on which all other constitutional rights are based. Guns? Privacy? Due process? Equal protection? If you can’t speak out, you can’t defend those rights, either.

Beyond that, the administration’s actions shatter the president’s credibility and discourage allies who would otherwise defend the administration against bogus accusations such as those involving the Benghazi “talking points.” If the administration is spying on reporters and accusing them of criminality just for asking questions – well, who knows what else this crowd is capable of doing?

U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder lied under oath when he said he had nothing to do with monitoring the emails of Fox reporter James Rosen, even though his own signature on the search warrant.

In response, Obama asked Holder to investigate himself!

58) Used Obamacare to illegally give the IRS additional powers without approval from Congress

The Washington Post reported in 2013:

[Obamacare] allows the Department of Health and Human Services to set up federal health exchanges in the holdout states. But the statute makes no mention of the IRS providing credits and subsidies through federal exchanges.

The IRS resolved this conundrum by denying its existence. In a May 2012 regulatory ruling, it asserted its own right to provide credits outside the state exchanges as the reasonable interpretation of an ambiguous law. But the language of the law is not ambiguous. And health scholars Jonathan Adler and Michael Cannon, in an exhaustive recent analysis, find no justification for the IRS’s ruling in the legislative history of Obamacare….

So: The IRS seized the authority to spend about $800 billion over 10 years on benefits that were not authorized by Congress.

The Secret Service later admitted that Francois had not made any threats against the president.

63) Had the IRS grant special, illegal favors for his brother’s so-called “charity”

The Daily Caller reported the IRS had taken the “unprecedented” step of approving a non-profit application within just one month from the Barack H. Obama Foundation, a so-called “charity” which was headed by Malik Obama, Barack Obama’s brother.

Additionally, the IRS illegally gave retroactive approval for the organization’s tax exempt status and had illegally solicited tax deductible donations even though it did not have legal approval to do so.

64) Illegally bypassed Congress to delay Obamacare’s employer mandate

In July 2013, Obama delayed the employer mandate part of Obamacare until January 2015, even though Congress set it to begin a year prior.

Obama cost 120,000 people their jobs by illegally forced 2,200 privately owned auto dealerships to close in 2009.

The IRS gave nearly 24,000 tax refunds worth a total of nearly $47 million to illegal aliens in 2011 using the same address in Atlanta, Ga.

A secretive U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration unit is funneling information from intelligence intercepts, wiretaps, informants and a massive database of telephone records to authorities across the nation to help them launch criminal investigations of Americans.

Although these cases rarely involve national security issues, documents reviewed by Reuters show that law enforcement agents have been directed to conceal how such investigations truly begin – not only from defense lawyers but also sometimes from prosecutors and judges.

The undated documents show that federal agents are trained to “recreate” the investigative trail to effectively cover up where the information originated, a practice that some experts say violates a defendant’s Constitutional right to a fair trial. If defendants don’t know how an investigation began, they cannot know to ask to review potential sources of exculpatory evidence – information that could reveal entrapment, mistakes or biased witnesses.

78) Threatened internet service providers with contempt of court if they did not install surveillance software

The Obama administration had pressured internet service providers to install surveillance software in 2013 so that it could monitor internet traffic without a warrant, a clear violation of the Fourth Amendment.

THE LIBS PLAN TO DESTROY US

This post is written on the 6th of June 2008.

The above departments, agencies and programs all represent fully staffed offices both large and small, many with with mutable locations throughout the nation. The people employed in these offices generally earn 31% more than their civilian counterparts and enjoy far better retirement, insurance and benefits. All are supported 100% by the American taxpayers employed in the private profit producing sector. None of the gov. offices produce one red cent in profit- they are all parasites. Every 100 gainfully employed American tax payers supports 6.5 gov. employees 100%.

The filthy libs, socialists, democrats and fellow travelers in America understand, just as did the Bolsheviks in Russia, that,  to  be victorious over the people, they first had to rid themselves of the  opposition. In Russia, in those days, the Mensheviks or "whites" represented the only group blocking their path to total domination.  This opposition to the communists was a relatively small group made up of military officers, former members of the Czar's government, a few independent farmers ( Kulaks) and the landed aristocracy- no way near enough to stop the mobs of street rabble and great unwashed assembled by the evil murderous leftist movement. In America ,the middle class today blocks the stinking libs just as the opposition tried to in Russia.

The American independents, republicans, libertarians and the religious right represent the bulk of the middle class. There are a lot more of us than there were Mensheviks in Russia in 1917. There are enough of us so hat we blocked the libs attempt to grant wholesale amnesty to the illegal Mexican invaders in 2007 and we stopped ( so far) their attempts to impose a horrendously stupid but terribly destructive so called "carbon tax" on us just today.

On top of horrendous fuel costs that are killing our budgets and forcing hundreds of independent truckers off the roads, and many airlines out of business causing thousands of lay-offs, the sinking libs wanted to add an idiotic carbon tax on our backs to accelerate our economic demise. Can you believe it?  They wanted to pass a bill that would further tax us for electricity and fuel, - any use of carbon based energy would be taxed- driving us into the ground like tent pegs!

So far, America is just about evenly divided. The Middle Class represents a little more than half the voters and we certainly have a strong collective voice...

Here's what I know- The stinking libs realized many years ago that in a prosperous country like America run by capitalistic independent, rugged individualists and entrepreneurs, there was little support for their brand of weak- limp -wristed, collective pinko- socialism. As the middle class grew and prospered after WW II the liberal  movement grew weaker and had was losing its appeal.

After the Eisenhower era however they begin to work out a methodology to gain influence of over the democratic party. Before the 50's the Democratic party was very much the party of the average working man and helped build the middle class by supporting powerful labor unions which, in their day, provided great strength to the American labor movement. The socialists in the party realized that one way for them to gain power and influence was by creating jobs and the easiest way to do this ( since none of them had any idea of how to open a factory or make anything useful) was to create "GOVERNMENT JOBS.

Because the labor unions were so very powerful and attracted so many members, the Democrats dominated American politics for over 40 years. They did this just by force of numbers ( poll power). During the last 40 years 90% of the above numbered 700 new departments, agencies' and  programs came into existence. mostly by government mandates concocted in the dark halls of the democratically controlled committees and congressional cloak room deals made in the dark of night. In few instances did the American people even know that these programs and offices were being created.  Anyone visiting Washington  and having cause to visit any of the offices listed here will note that they are staffed almost entirely by incompetents who would find it difficult to find work in the private sector. These weaklings always lick the hand that feeds them- meaning the stinking libs and repay their benefactors by voting for more. "MORE PLEASE' is the repetitive bleating cry ringing from the halls of these useless and hugely overstaffed and overpaid offices.

Today, the libs, along with their counterparts in the media, have been so successful that they have actually promoted a black man to the head of the Democratic party as a candidate for President of the United States. This guy obama is a disaster and the most liberal guy in the US congress. He comes from the tax and spend, pandering, vote-buying ,democratic party in Chicago. The idea is to divide the country as far as possible along racial lines ( which they most certainly have done) and, if they can somehow win in November, create, among other nutty and expensive programs, a single payer unbelievably monstrous universal  government run medical insurance program which will tax the Middle class into total submission and permanent subservience, just as did the commies in the days of the Soviet Union. This is part of their twisted plan and they are far along........ 

Skewing the immigration standards; another part of the plan: Years ago, western Europe was taken off the preferred list for immigration into the United states. The doors were swung wide to admit Latinos, Indians and large groups of uneducated rabble. Actually, anyone who the libs thought might vote for "MORE" and therefore back them at the polls. This worked, and continues to work, very well. In 1946 the population of America stood at about 150 million and today, 62 years later, we have over 300 million. Of the 150 million new citizens few were born in the United States and few came with any education or marketable skills. Because of the "give-away programs"  that are paid for by the American taxpayers, most of these great unwashed would favor the libs in any election.

Today, lib attorneys, paid for by the Democratic National Committee and their minions, are suing the INS because they are not able to process the millions of new applicants for citizenship fast enough to vote in the upcoming election in November. They know and they are right, these millions of new citizens will vote their way.

Motor Voter: Another part of the libs sneaky plan has and is working well. This program allows and encourages, even mandates, that workers at the departments issuing state driving licensing throughout the country ask those obtaining a license if they want to register to vote at the same time. Through this method, millions of new voters have been registered with the vast majority of them ( no surprise) registering as Democrats.

The libs are backed and supported by insane environmental groups gnashing their teeth over spotted owls and rare minnows. Rich idiots like George Soros and the Hollywood crowd  back them.  These people have and continue to block any attempt to let us build power plants. We can't build nuclear, gas or coal fired plants, we can't use the great deposits of oil under our own shores and lands, we haven't built a refinery for 30 years- all because of the despotic, power craving libs in congress. We have been forced by these treacherous disloyal groups to pay western hating Arabs and guys like the tyrannical, despotic, American hating, squat, ugly little Indian in Venezuela for oil.

The stinking libs don't care about America- they surely don't care about us- they are, just as the fat pigs who ruled the Soviet empire, after power- pure power. Listen to Harry Reid and Nancy and the rest of the dangerous wackos in congress... in their world we would all be on our collective knees while government trucks drove though our neighborhoods delivering blocks of Velveeta cheese and stale bread... totally at their mercy. That's their plan for us........ be careful- they are close to succeeding........
